Noida District Centre to be Launched on Navratri by Noida Authority

Noida District Centre: Commercial cum residential project would be constructed by the Noida Development Authority. On Wednesday, 7 October, the authority has taken a decision to construct a project over the land of 97,000 square meter at sector 94, next to Yamuna, on Delhi-Noida border.

According to the source the project will be launched on the eve of Navratri. The project “Noida District Centre” will include state-of-art art galleries, five-star hotels, clubs, museum, convention centres, entertainment zones, quality shopping malls and amphitheaters.

The Noida District Centre will be developed on the lines of Gurgaon’s Cyber Hub. It is mixed land use project, set to be developed on land worth Rs. 1,500 crore including houses residential commercial and institutional towers. It is also expected that the project will bring up with food courts, office space, kiosks, libraries, banks and business related offices.

The official of Noida Authority, Manoj Kumar Rai said that the board has already approved this project and we have also prepared a business plan for the same. Hopefully, we will be able to launch it on the eve of Navratri. The authority will have architectural control over the land use in this project. A portion will be allotted to builders while an earmarked space will be developed by the authority itself.

The concept of this project was brought by the authority in July. And the project is at its advanced stage and the development have also been prepared by the architects. According to the source 40% area of the project will be developed by private developers and the remaining part will be developed by authority itself.

In additional, Manoj kumar said the authority has prepared a layout plan of the entire area. Builders will have to work under the land use plans approved by the authority. The authority wants to promote this area and redefine the identity of Noida.
Another official of Noida authority also added that the proposed district centre will offer multiple entertainment facilities for residents, who have to go to Delhi for cultural events. We want Noida’s cultural scene to become happening and it should offer multiple options for cultural events.
