Delhi Development Authority DDA has launched 1800 Flats under DDA Special Housing Scheme. DDA will build small and affordable apartments. These apartment are being built for small families located in 3 different locations in Delhi.
A total of 18,335 DDA flats are up for sale which includes 202 3BHK flats in the HIG category in Vasant Kunj, Pashchim Vihar and Dwarka, 3 2BHK flats in Vasant Kunj Block F, also under HIG category, 976 2BHK flats under MIG category, 11452 1BHK flats under LIG and 5,702 flats for EWS.

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched New Special Housing Scheme. DDA has put up 18,335 flats for sale under Special Housing Scheme. DDA flats are located in Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Pashchim Vihar and Narela. The flats listed for sale fall under 4 categories.

DDA Special Housing Scheme Registration
Complete process for DDA Special Housing Scheme Application / Registration is given below step by step.
Step 1 : Visit Delhi Development Authority (DDA) official website https://dda.org.in.
Step 2 : At home page, click on “DDA Special Housing Scheme 2021” or direct link https://eservices.dda.org.in/schemedashboard/q2.
Step 3 : DDA Special Housing Scheme page will open now click on ‘Registration‘ button.
Step 4 : Fill the registration form and click on “Request for OTP” button.
Step 5 : Enter your OTP and login, then fill your application form and apply for scheme.
Eligibility For DDA Housing Scheme Application
There are following eligibility criteria for applying DDA Special Housing Scheme.
- Applicants should be a Citizen of India.
- Applicants Age Should be 18 years or More.
- One candidate can submit one application form.
- If both husband and wife have applied and both their names appear in the lucky draw. In such a situation, they will be given only one flat.
- The applicant should not have any residential plot of 67 square meters wholly or partly in Delhi, New Delhi and Delhi Cantonment.
