Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu launched a new housing project named Amaravati Happy Nest Project with a tagline “See Future – Be Furure”. The capital region development authority (CRDA) said that happy nest online application form will be started at official website www.happynest.live from 9 November . CM also released happy nest brochure & logo of first housing project in Amaravati.
After reviewing the progress of the projects in Amaravati capital region, the CM said that this project should reach the expectations of the people with world class standards. The capital region development authority has approved this project in 14.46 acres with 12 G+18 towers with 1200 flats each.

The online application form for happy nest project will be released from 9th November, the brochure for happy nest project has been released which can be downloaded by following the given steps.
- To download happy nest brochure you have to visit official website of capital region development authority i.e crda.ap.gov.in.
- At the middle of the homepage click at Happy Nest image.
- Then you will be redirected www.happynest.live.
- At the top of the page click at Download Brochure.
- Enter your name, mail id and phone number.
- Then click at submit option and the brochure will be at your screen.
Happy Nest Flats Details
The state government of Andhra Pradesh has launched happy nest project 2018 to construct 1200 flats and the details of flats are given below.
The flats have been categorised into six sizes based on the saleable area: 1,295 square feet (2 BHK), 1,590 sq ft (3 BHK), 1,710 sq ft (3 BHK), 1,980 sq ft (3BHK), 2,245 sq ft (3BHK) and 2,750 sq ft (3BHK). The authority has fixed the price at `3,492 per sq ft. Out of the total planned 1,200 flats, the authority will build 600 units in the first phase. At the time of booking, the customer will be required to pay `2.5 lakh to `7 lakh, depending on the size of the flat.
The Chief Minister directed the service providers and the contractors to complete the projects as per schedule and there should be visible development by end of December.
