The person who are willing to apply for the scheme but can not pay the registration amount of Rs 1 Lakh have the option to get a loan from Axis bank. The bank most probably will ask for the interest of Rs. 1 Lakh to be paid in advance.
The bank is also offering a housing loan of up to Rupees 25 Lakh for the DDA flats to the successful applicants. The applicants who are interested in getting the loan can fill this form and the Axis bank representative will get back to them in few hours. The online applications for DDA housing scheme 2014 are being registered through Axis bank by going to the link https://easypay.axisbank.co.in/.

There is no way to change the phone number now, you can contact Axis helpline. No problem in refund.

The refund will be made to your account which you have filled in the application form. If you have filled the IFSC code, DDA will make NEFT to your account else it will send a cheque to your correspondence address filled in application form

1) For filling online form, you should have a account in ICICI, SBI, AXis, corporation, Yes bank. This account should be written so that money can be transferred electronically.
2)Using NEFT you can pay from any other account(Other Bank, Other Person..relative, friends etc)
3)If paying Online finance option is still not available.

What is the role of Preference for the locality or Flat size in the allotment, actually I am interested in 3BHK flat whereas as HIG flats are too less, chances of getting the same is negligible so though I need 3BHK but if I can’t get it, I would be Ok with MIG or LIG. I am not sure if flats will only be allocated as per preference, if prefered flats are not in the list you loose the chance of getting any other flats, so confused what to fill in Preference, below are the various scenerio which can happen, would you please advise which one is correct and best to choose:
1. If an applicant is alloted a flat by random selection, DDA would consider preference however if not possible they would be asked to get any other flat in any other locality or size e.g. I get a flat and I have filled 3 option for HIG in Narela so first they will look if they can allote me any flat in Narela but if not they would let me know any other MIG or LIG flat in any other locality?
2. If an applicant is alloted a flat by random selection, DDA would consider preference however if not possible they wouldn’t be alloted any flat as they can’t meet the preference so I choose LIG as pereference as higher chances of getting it?

For regisateratin fees loan – Axis bank provide 100% finance and charge 4050 and SBI charge 3 thousand something so wats the difference between in both and which one will be better ? in future if our flat come in draw then what they will charge from us.How much interst?
No difference, the difference is just because SBI is a public service bank and Axis is private. You need to pay the amount back to the banks if allotted.

Had been to Syndicate bank for finance of registration amount and they told me that 3500 is the processing fees, once the draw is held withing 3 months after closure of last date for submission, and in case of unsuccessful candidates, if refund is not done an interest of 8% is gonna be credited into the applicant’s account from dda, and bank is gonna charge 10.25 % . Also they had asked for 2 blank post dated cheques. When i queried, they told that they will be using it for recovery of amount if it takes too long.
Questions:
1) why the interest charged by bank is above 8%?
2) is post dated cheque necessary?

That is not true. How can it be. Application number is one thing and submitting application is another. I really appreciate your efforts, but please do not misguide people. If someone has bought an application after paying Rs 150, that means he has an application number. Like 28841. But that does not mean that his application is complete. He first has to fill the form, submit at the bank with complete documents and than only his documents will be complete.
I feel , what Mukul wants to know is that how can anyone be sure that the bank has actually deposited the form and is not cheating?

Thanks for your thoughts, but there is no way right now to verify if the form has actually be deposited by the bank or not. The final eligible list of candidates will be published by DDA before the draw.
Also, there is no need to submit any documents at the time of form submission, documents will be required at the time of allotment

1.whether secto-18, Rohini comes under urban area ?
2.whether mention of name of wife/husband in application form is mendatory?
3.if mendatory, than how it is possible to get signature/photograh of her/his on application in case of death or disput or divorce?

You need to produce any document of your landlord for that property where you are currently living,

There should not be any difficulty, however if DDA is unable to transfer the amount to your NRE account, it will send you a cheque at your correspondence address

hi sir, i am a student so obviously don’t have 1lakh rupee in my account, i want to apply for dda housing scheme. but i will pay this money through my father’s bank account. which is in his name . so my question is can i apply for the flats. but account i am using is in my father’s name. so could you please tell me is it necessary to have ur payment made through an account which is in your name or i can made from any other ? please reply ASAP. i applied the DDA appllication form from axix bank 62 noida brach. i filled up the colum number 11 and one person tell me do not fill col number 11 but i fill up this and after some time later i foruit fill up and sign the as per bank. he is saying no issue dda will approve this. so can u suggest me that it might be rejected or not if rejected so what shold i do for this.My application #1215291
