DDA received a huge response on the first day of the housing scheme launch, the DDA official website www.dda.org.in crashed 6 times on the first day due to traffic overload on server. And, on the second day as well, the website is not responding well. So if you too are unable to view the DDA website, you can apply online through any of the following bank branches through PayuMoney.

You can also view details on official DDA website but most of the time it is not responding or very slow due to high server load. The payment of registration money of Rs. 1 lakh can be done online through NEFT, RTGS or Net Banking. Axis bank and Corporation bank are offering 100% finance of the registration amount of DDA 2014 scheme, click here for details.

    • You can apply for dda scheme online from anywhere but huda applications for plots in Faridabad are invited through offline mode only

    Is income proof is compulssary to deposit along with form.
    Is any type of documentary proof shall be submit along with form.

    According to my understanding any documentary proof shall be submit after allotment of any flat.

    • No, you will have to submit income proof and other documents if you are allotted a flat in the draw.

  11. have just heard that if your are not successful in the allotment. the dda will forfeit the rs. 10000 and will only return 90000. Is it true.

    Janta flats are available for everyone or categorized. Also, i am not a resident of delhi, i work here but my native place is UP. so i become eligible for it or not. There is a condition which says that anyone can apply for 1BHK but can i not apply for 2 & 3 BHK.

    • It is not true. DDA will return all your money without interest within 90 days after the draw.

      Janta flats are available to those who have annual income of less than 1 Lakh. Anyone from India above age of 18 is eligible for the scheme. Anyone can apply for LIG, HIG and MIG flats.

    • Mr. Anil, there is no doubt that the flats are offered a very much lower cost than the market rates. For example, 2BHK flats in Dwarka which are being offered by DDA at a price between Rs. 14 Lakh to 70 Lakh are priced between Rs 70 Lakh to 1.2 Crore in private market. The future prospects are always Good in case of residential real estate, especially in the capital city.

    • Nahi, ye sahi nahi h. Computerized draw mein kisi ka bhi plot nikal sakta hai.Iska payment se koi lena dena nahi h.

      As mentioned in the brochure, the payment should be done from the applicant’s account itself. However you can confirm it at DDA helpline at 1800 110 332

        I am trying to apply on line DDA form with HDFC bank. After filling the form when I am clicking on submit, My photo is not showing in the form. In Place of Photo it is showing below error:

    • All the 13 empaneled banks are offering loans. Check about the documents at bank only.

      • Apllicationn amount 1 lac loan is not providing any of the 13 empaneled bank as i am wondering last 5 days . Bank says no loan scheme for Application fee is available. Please help me to the branches of the banks where this application fee 1 lac loan is available.

    • Yes you can route loan to bank through pay money
      You don’t need to fill online form if applying through offline mode

    I am really struggling with payumoney website. My 3 transactions failed for DDA2014 application. I did 2 transactions on Monday using PNB site link. And on final payment page, it shows payment successful but transaction failed. My PNB bank account also debited for the 100172/-, but application status was failed. Then I raised a ticket in payumoney and they said amount will be refunded in 3 – 5 business days. Today I received the amount (in 2 days). So, again today I tried 3rd time and once again transaction failed even though my bank PNB account debited. I have sent multiple email to payumoney to know the reason of this failure but they are not responding at all for this query. So, now I am feeling stuck for how to file ONLINE as only payumoney is the option for this application. I am in USA as of now and cannot apply offline.
    Please suggest how can I resolve this issue with payumoney failure transaction and any other way to fill online. I will highly thankful to you.

      The only way to apply is to use another bank account or ask someone your relative in India to apply offline or online through another bank account.

        Also, people are talking about “Challan number” here, but I did not get any challan number, but I got only “Application Form Number”. So, is it same as challan? I tried to check status on DDA for this application number, and it seems we need to wait for 1 – 2 days to get it reflected there.
        Lastly, can I use this application number as spouse application number to fill form for my wife or I need to have Challan number (however i have not received this number yet). Thanks in advance.

        • Dear Yogesh, Challan is required in case of offline application. You can use this application number to fill application for your wife.

    • open the file in any image editor such as paint and “save as” jpg with another name in small letters without space and then try again.

    • It should not create any problem, you can get it corrected before the draw is announced, you have about 2 months of time.

    • You can do payment from other bank as well. Account has to be of the applicant only. The account you are mentioning in the form is for refund purpose only.

    • When you submit the application form, it will ask you the account details for refund, you will have to submit your name, saving bank account number, branch name and IFSC code of that branch where you want your refund.

      This link you have mentioned is not correct, If you have received the Challan and application form, means you application is successful.

    form which displayed got payment details in the last on which i have to tranfer money throught neft, my question is if i trnfer my money into that account do i receive any challan number or any proff from DDA.

    1-After apply online and paying online,Do I need to submit hardcopy to DDA or bank??

    Answer– NO you do not required
    2-Can I pay from my friend/relative account?
    Answer- Yes you can
    3-How will I wiil get refund if I paid from my friend/relative account?
    Answer- DDA will refund through cheque on Account no given in form.
    So Account number should be filled carefully and it(given in form for refund) must be of the applicant
    In summary you can pay from any account but for refund you mention only your account number with IFCS code.

    I have submitted the form online and did RTGS in favour of “DDA Housing Scheme 2014” at given a/c# with IFSC code.

    But I wanted to know from Axis bank that in which name I have to do RTGS, the Axis bank employee was saying, they have no information that application can do RTGS. and I was suggested by them that I have to pay cash.         I have submitted my application using Axis bank / easypay and choose the mode of payment as NEFT / RTGS and I paid through RTGS using my NRE a/c at union bank of india and the same a/c information is on Form. Is that will be a problem?.

        Also, before paying the money, I checked online on the axis bank putting my application # and i was showing there. but once I paid and was trying to regenerate the challan, but the link on the axis bank to generate the challan is disable. so can you please let me know how I can get my payment challan.

    2. How can the DDA return back my money , if i didn’t win ?

      Many people are complaining about Axis bank online application process, please do contact Axis bank helpline.

      • Just got some contact in Axis. They are aware of this and have told that already rcvd few complaints on this. They are working on this… Also, they confirmed if payment is done then form is submitted and they will be sending application details via mail

        • Axis bank link to reprint/regenerate receipt is not enabled, you can reprint your acknowledgement receipt and form if you know your application number received on your mobile at the time of online payment.

    I have submitted my application using Axis bank / easypay and choose the mode of payment as NEFT / RTGS and I paid through RTGS using my NRE a/c at union bank of india and the same a/c information is on Form. Is that will be a problem?.

    Also, before paying the money, I checked online on the axis bank putting my application # and i was showing there. but once I paid and was trying to regenerate the challan, but the link on the axis bank to generate the challan is disable. so can you please let me know how I can get my payment challan.

    • The e-mail received after successful payment with application/challan number is in itself an acknowledgement

Since there was no option for upload photo so at last there is an instruction that I have to submit my photograph along with payment receipt at specified bank branch of SBI bank chosen by during filling form online.     • Dear Vinod, OBC DD may not be valid because it is not in the list of 13 DDA empaneled banks. I suggest you purchase the DD from the same bank where you submit the application form. No documents are required at the time of registrations.

    • Login to your netbanking.. Go to Transfer Funds.. Select any of the beneficiary.. Down the page you can see one link Transaction LIMIT.. Click on it and extend your transactio limit. Then fill DDA form, It will work

  101. a. The DDA Housing Scheme has one column where the ‘Application No. of the Spouse, if applied separately’ is to be filled. As per FormZero system, the application number will be generated only after making payment. So if I want to apply separately for both myself and my spouse through FormZero, how will I get the that application number of my spouse while filling my application first? If I keep this column blank for filling afterwards, it is not editable after submission. And so my application is not complete and liable to be rejected. please clarify.

    b. After logging into FormZero, when I logged in as other member (through the option at right top corner), I am not getting the option to fill the application for DDA Housing Scheme for them. Please help.

    c. I want to fill (edit) the column for ‘Application No. of the Spouse, if applied separately’ now after submission. Please help.

    • You have to submit application number in the one form of the spouse which you are submitting later.
      Form is not editable once submitted

  102. If Husband and Wife are applying separately through online mode, how to fill the application number of the spouse. It would be generated only after the process is complete. How to complete the first form?

    • Submit one first and then after you receive the application number, submit another. You have to put application number only into one form in this case.

    • You can purchase application form now and deposit it later
      Check this condition with DDA however there should not be any problem doing so
      Yes, DD can be made from any of the 13 empaneled banks

    There is a house on my mother’s name in Delhi. Am I eligible for applying? I do not know what they exactly means that applicant’s dependents should not have a house already. Do they treat parents as dependents or not?

    In case of filing the application, while being ineligible (any case), is the deposited money gets forfeited ot fully returned in 90 days?

    • Parents are generally not treated as dependent, however you can check the condition with DDA. Fully returned within 90 days.

  107. I have purchased form from kotak mahindra bank. Is it necessary to submit the form to kotak bank only or I can submit to SBI or other empanneled bank as well. Kotak staff said that it is required to submit to the branch only from where it has been purchased.

  109. I filled the application form and it gave me option to print and option for payment RTGS/ . I took the printout but it didn’t take me to payment page. its just said print / cancel. but it gave me beneficiary name and account and amount.

    • Dear Dharmesh, It looks you are doing it right, nothing wrong. Please do the payment via RTGS to the bank account you have in the printout. Please do confirm about the Beneficiary account before you do RTGS.

        • Dear Dharmesh, Ideally, there must be a field put your RTGS transaction ID into the online application form. I would suggest to ask about your question at DDA helpline at 1800 110 332

But my doubt is that i have already submitted my form on axis but have not made the payment …..           • You can wait for some time to receive pending payment e-mail or try again using another bank, there is no other way know the duplication other than applying again. the application without payment will automatically be rejected.

          • Finally I made the payment through RTGS, separately from same account as I mentioned in application account. God knows what will happen now, I wish I receive pending payment email so that I can forward them payment transaction details to DDA.

  112. Hi sir, I want to know that dda will pay the interest to the unsuccessful applicants along with their application fee? Because they will return the money in February. So its almost 5months time period.

    • No, DDA will not return any interest. If it takes more than 3 months after the draw result to refund your money, DDA will pay 8% PA interest.

    • This may take up to 2-3 days to receive application number as already reported by some other applicants.

    • You should contact Axis bank no. 09654832582. Provide them your Pan no, mobile no and name.
      Normally application no. comes when you pay the amount.

      They will tell you the application no. over phone. They may take 30 to 40 minutes but do not forget to ask the name of the person to whom you speak so that you can again talk to him/her.

      Once you get the application number then go to Axis bank easy pay link and type this application no.
      Once you enter , it will send OTP on your mobile
      On receipt of OTP , enter it on same site
      It will generate your application and then receipt as well.
      Please note it takes almost 3 to 4 days for the Money to be credited to DDA after it is paid thru easypay (Bill Desk). You can also write to bill desk to get the status of your money whether credited or not.

    • These bank details are asked for the refund of registration money if you are not allotted a flat. You have to fill Applicant’s saving account number in these fields.

    I have submit the form and payment to DDA scheme 2014 , with ICICI’s formzero.in. on 5th Sep i.e. Friday.

    The amount have been deducted from my account, but i didn’t received any receipt or application number.

    I called the bank today , they said contact DDA customer care . As the money successfully debitted.

    DDA customer care not picking up the phone.

    I only have the trasaction ID of ICICI bank and the successful submission mail from the form zero..

    How can i make sure or get the application number from the DDA ?

      Many applicants are receiving the application number after 2-3 days, you can wait another 24-36 hours. if you still do not receive the same, please contact DDA at alternate numbers.

  118. Hi Neeraj, I have filled online form with central bank of india and paid ammount with my icici bank account on Payu money. While filling form everything was there in capital letter on PayUOnline website, Do i didn’t gave much concertaion to upper or lower case. However after payment when i got details everthing was in small letter except few letters. On this i compalin to PayUmoney and they gave me written email as they will send forms in capital letters only. Did u hear this kind of problem with anyone else.? Also i heared in case of unsuccessful application, dda is deducting 6500 out of 1 lakh rupees as processing fee before reverting money. Please adivse.

    • Everything is fine, capital or small letters doesn’t matter in this case. DDA is not deducting any amount from the registration fee.

    • At present there is no option to edit the form, however, DDA may give some time after 9th October to do so.

      • But as I know when u will try to send any courier. Courier wala first check the address specially pin code and if they will find they cannot give service in that area they won’t accept courier from sender.so in that case bank will choose indian post or they will not send cheque and I have collect from bank branch?

    • After the successful payment, you will receive the payment acknowledgement e-mail and then the application number. However in some cases, transaction e-mail and application number may take 2-3 days as reported by some applicants.

        • Your father and mother can apply for both because there is no income restrictions/conditions for LIG flats application
          No, you do not need to send documents. Documents will be required after the allotments. PAN number is required in case of LIG application

    • Since NRE account is Tax free and DDA is requiring PAN number, means you can not do so as per my knowledge, however you can contact DDA at 1800 110 332 regarding your queries.

At last step after filling my name/pan/refund account number/preff. location, I did submit and it gave me final page to take print out with Payment Details
    Mode of Payment – NEFT /RTGS
    Beneficiary Ac No. 11243506434
    Beneficiary IFSC – UTIB0CCH274
    Amount – 100150.00

    I was expecting Axis bank site will take me to payment page where I would be able to transfer directly via NEFT from my Axis online banking. But instead of that the only option was to take print / cancel of submitted form.
    My question : DO I need to add above beneficiary to my Axis online banking and transfer the said amount. If YES, how DDA will come to know the transferred amount relates to my application form. As I know while NEFT transfer it has no option to mention application form number.

    I have filled up the DDA application via ICICI bank which in trun took me to formzero website. I have successfully submitted the application with my name and have received the Application number which is for 7 digits. Now I am trying to fill the application with my spouse’s name and there is an option to enter my application number if both husband and wife apply separately, however it is not accepting my application number as it is only for 7 digits and the field in the form is expecting 8 digits. Can anyone advise for how many digits the application number is ?

    2) In case of selection – To get the loan, do the Bank needs my availability there?

    3). In case, application not selected – Are DDA going to return the registration amount directly to given bank details or in form of cheque ?

    • 1. In case you are allotted a flat in draw, you need to be physically present here in India, same is the case with bank loan.
      2. DDA will return the money directly into the bank account if you provide the IFSC code of the bank else through cheque

    I was able to finish the application using HDFC bank (through Payu Money) , however there seems to be some issue with my photograph. In the payment detail it shows following path instead of my photo

      The path looks correct and your photo has been upload. The photo has not rendered in the browser for some unknown reason and the path is displayed as alternative text. There is nothing to worry about it.

There I found application number mentioned (7 digit).now will we get any email drom DDA too? Is this application number the same as my scheme application number?           I did the payment via ‘https://www.payumoney.com/dda/#/pnb’ and made payment via ICICI. I have got 7 digit registration number. Is the registration complete now or do I need to do something else. Also, after successful registration do I need to submit anything to the bank too (In this case PNB).

    Request you to please provide the information, as I filled form online and able to submit successfully and got the application number, while filling form I selected mode of payment as NEFT but it did not ask me for payment or user ID and password. So not sure payment will be automatically deducted from my account as I had filled the my bank information while filling the form. I used Axis bank gateway and I have saving account with Axix bank. I contacted bank and they told me that you need to make the payment in cash by visitint axix bank. Please suggest what to do?

    • Yes Sohan, Axis bank is having some problem with their online payment system, you will have to take your application number to them and deposit the registration amount in cash, one other user has also reported the same case.

    • You can apply and present the certificate later. You can not submit more than one application form.

    I have applied through ICICI Form zero.in on 05 Sep 2014 and made the payment on 06 Sep 20104 through offline mode by SIB NEFT. I got payment confirmation and application number from Formzero on 08 Sep 2014. then my wife applied separately but the problem arrses in the column where name of spouse and application Number (if both husband and wife applying separately) is to be filled in. Name of spose is being filled up but my application number is not being entered/flashed in the respective coulmn even after repeated efforts. My wife has submitted the application without my application number but she has not made payment so far. Please tell me whether its mandatory to mention form number of spouse? what is the solution?

    • Dear Angad,

      The spouse application number is mandatory if both are applying. However it should not be a big issue at the time of allotment. There is now no option to edit the application form, now there are two options
      1. Not Sure but as you said your wife has not done the payment, please try applying for the scheme after a week again till then your wife’s application form may be cancelled automatically due to non-payment.
      2. Do the payment, if both are allotted, only one can keep the flat.

      If you submit 2 forms, it increases your chances of getting a flat.

    I have applied through the easypay via Axis bank. I paid through the HDFC netbanking. At the end of the process HDFC shows transaction failed but the Axis bank is still showing the status of my application form Successful. The amount is not debited from my bank. what should I do?

    • You will receive some communication from Axis bank regarding failed transaction, wait for 24-48 hours or contacts Axis bank helpline at the number mentioned above.

  151. Dear Neeraj, My wife want to apply in DDA housing scheme she has a joint account with me in OBC but do not have s/b a/c in SBI. Can SBI will give Demand Draft against Cash payment with proof of PAN or she need to open s/b a/c for purpose of this.

    Also to purchase hard copy of application from SBI and after filling application with demand draft has to deposit in SBI then process end or still we have to go for online and get challan and receipt against form. In my city only SBI is authorized by DDA. Then what next to do ……..?

    • DD can be generated against the cash payment
      You need not to go online after submitting the application form offline.

    2. Filled the form and paid the amount via ICICI
    3. My registration was successful as I have got ‘payment id’ and also ‘application form number’ (7 digit)
    4. I have received multiple emails from payumoney but not from DDA

    Question:
    1. Is this mentioned process if fine?
    2. Should I expect email from DDA, if yes the how much time should I wait?
    3. If I don’t receive any email from DDA, is there anything to panic? As I have received application number my understanding is I should be fine.
    4. I screwed up a bit, as I have done payment by ICICI and provided IFSC and bank details for Citibank, is that fine?
    5. For online payments my understanding is that refund would be made via NEFT transactions
    6. People keep on referring about challan, should I be doing something for that as I did online transaction?

    • She is eligible as per the rules of DDA scheme. If you have paid the money, your form will be canceled and money will be refunded

    • One applicant can submit only one application as mentioned in the brochure, however in case of joint application, you can contact DDA at 1800 110 332.

    • One applicant can submit only one application in any case.If he/she had filled as joint applicant he/she can not fill other applicatioan.

        • If you have received the application number, your application is complete. You can see the transaction ID in your netbanking account.

I applied online through ICICI bank.After completing the steps 1,2 and 3 ,I made the online payment through my ICICI account .Transection ID page appeared and went away ,thus i cound not get my transection ID number and transection gateway error came.But my saving account has been debited and page is showing “you last transection is in process please complete or wait for response.if you still want to process ,please click here”. Should I wait for the response and application number ?Please respond my problem

    • If you apply as a joint applicant, it would be easy to transfer the ownership at a later stage.

    • There is nothing special in the online form, you just need to follow the steps. You can make payment using a saving account in any bank with netbanking enabled.

        • You may wait for some time to receive challan, else contact PNB at the number mentioned above.

        • This is not the correct link, no information is available here about 2014 scheme, if you have received the application number means your money has been received by DDA, no need to be scared.

    • May be DDA is not accepting payments through Citibank, you can deposit money into another bank and then try again.

    • You have option for NEFT Transfer, contact Payumoney they will clarify you exactly. May be not require to go to other bank.

    • 1) You can get your name corrected at the time of refund by requesting at DDA office.
      2) Get your name corrected till 30th October on PAN or Bank wherever it is wrong.

    • 1) The annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 1 Lakh for EWS application, if your father is income tax assessee, his income must be above Rs 1 Lakh, hence he is not eligible.
      2) Do check this condition with DDA itself at 1800 110 332
      3) No, no need to send anything after applying online

    I am really struggling with PayuMoney. I did a PNB transaction on 4th Sep2014 which got failed and my PNB account got debited. But till today (7 working days), my money has not credited back to my account. I have sent 5 – 6 emails to PayuMoney, but every time I am getting the FIXED ROBOTIC answer that wait till 5 – 7 working day. I have mentioned that 7 days already passed, but no HUMAN is looking into my email and only I am getting response of “5 – 7 working days” everytime. So could you please tell me how can I escalate this issue? Do you know any phone number of payumoney where I can call or any lawyer to whom I can file case against payumoney.
    I am not sure if anyone else also facing same issue and waiting for their refund from such a long time. If so, then please let me know upto how many maximum days you have waited to get refund.

      If you withdraw the allotment before issuing of allotment/demand letter, you full amount will be refunded else some amount will be deducted as follows

      Between 1st to 90th day – 5000/-
      Between 91st to 180th day – 25000/-
      Between 181st to 365th day – 50000/-

    SBI says after filling online application we need to send application and photo through Speed post.

    ” Applicants from outside Delhi NCT, Gurgaon, NOIDA and Ghaziabad should select INA Vikas Sadan Branch and send photo and receipt by Speedpost to SBI, INA Vikas Sadan, New Delhi 110023 so as to reach within 4 days of the payment. Applications for which photo and receipt are not received within this time will not be included in the draw.”

    I filled my form through HDFC and got receipt and application form number, but HDFC does not ask for these docs to be couriered. Do I still need to send these documents as well?

      You will need to fill your account details in point 5 to get the refund if flat is not allotted.

    If an applicant is applying online and don’t have a net-banking account on his name, can money be paid from somebody else’s account through net-banking? Applicant will provide his bank details in refund section. Will there be any problem in getting back the refund?

    Also in online application if Husband and Wife are applying separately then how do we know their Application Number before submitting? Application Number of spouse is required on online application form before submitting.

    Can applicant pay from NRO account?

    • No problem, you can do so
      You will need to enter spouse in only one form which you are submitting later

    • If you have received the application number, means your application process is complete, no need to verify. In Fact there is no way right now to verify.

      I also faced the same issue with axis bank account. After lots of communication with Axis bank, i got a contact number for such issues. Contact Axis Bank Greater Kailash branch on 01140520000/01140520006.

      You can call to Mr. Devendra Kumar as well on 08447600490 he will be able to help you with the refund.

      I have received my refund after followup with Devendra from Axis Bank.

    have received provisional ID and it says that Application No. would be generated on successful realization of Payment.
    Now, do I need to courier something (like receipt etc.) to DDA? or is my Application process complete? on SBI website it said that after making payment the receipt has to be mailed to some branch of SBI in Delhi.
    Is my application complete in all respect?

    • Do send the receipt to the SBI bank as mentioned and once you receive your application number, you are done with it.

    • There should be an option to complete the payment process, else contact payumoney. You can also fill another application after 1-2 days. Application without payment will automatically be cancelled.

But the moment, the url page moved to SBI transaction status, it showed as failure. Now when I am calling to customer care of ICICI, they are saying that payment has been done from ICICI and when I am checking to SBI, it is showing as no payment history. I tried reaching to the above numbers you have provided for ICICI, SBI and DDA as well, but unable to connect. Kindly help as I am unable to understand that where my money is or whether application has been processed or what else ???

    • Hi Jyoti,

      There might be some technical issue in display only, however if ICICI is telling that your payment has been made, you need not to worry. It will reach to SBI within next 24-48 hours. I suggest you to wait for some time or please keep trying to contact DDA or SBI.

        Kindly note that, after payment successful from ICICI url, it showed transaction failure in SBI url on 13th. And as per the DDA, I am supposed to send the speed post of receipt and the photograph which should reach within 7 days. Kindly suggest for the speed post part, because if I wait for more 24- 48 hrs, my speed post will not reach within 7 days. Or shall I send the print of transaction failure page only along with photograph.

          • Don’t worry your money isn’t going anywhere ….either it will come back to you or if the payment is successful then you have registered for the scheme…and also try to find the email of the bank through which the form is filled and confirm about your registration for the scheme.

      You will need to submit the photograph and an application number (7 digit) is required to be eligible for the draw. You may contact DDA regarding the issue. You can apply again after taking your refund of the previous application from bank

      • I have filled application twice but second time also i was not able to make the payment online as there is some issue with increase in my transaction limit. Is it possible if some one can pay the same on my behalf in Axis Bank brach with my application number?

        • You first request bank to increase the transaction limit and apply again, or pay using another account.

    I had entered my details in Axis Bank, they even generated an application id for me.

    they send me a message on my mobile phone saying
    ” your application number 35xxxxx is successfully registered with DDA. Kindly make the payment as per the details provided in the challan”

    now if i dont choose to make payment and close the window, furthermore i submit application from some other bank ( lets say HDFC bank or SBI), will it have any affect?
    i am concerned as i understand no person with same name/ PAN can apply twice ( but in this case i didnt make payment in axis bank, i simply closed the window)

    • You will have to sent the payment receipt and photograph to the SBI bank in order to receive the application number. Call SBI at the number mentioned above for more help.

    • Yes, you can apply using NRE account. You will have to mention the account details with IFS code in the application for where you want the refund and it should be in the name of applicant only.

    Instructions for applying online :
    Step 1 : Click on the Apply button in the Applications section. FormZero will ask you to register in case you are a new member.

    Step 2 : After logging in, your form will open up. Please fill in the form and submit. If you do not wish to submit right away, you can click on save, log out and resume your application at your convenience.

    Step 3 : After submission, please make the payment either online (netbanking) or NEFT/RTGS. Choose the preferred mode. For NEFT/RTGS, a challan will be generated stating the account number where the money needs to be deposited. Please take the challan to any NON-ICICI Bank only and pay the amount. A reference code will be given to you. Please log back into the system and enter the code as a proof of payment completion.

    Step 4 : After your payment has been successfully realized by the bank, you will receive an email notification of the same. Your application is complete at this point.

    Step 5 : When the lottery result is announced, you will be notified via email.

    Step 6 : If you have been unsuccessful in the lottery, the status of your refund will also be intimated to you via email in due course of time.

      You and your wife can apply but you will have to fill the account number of the applicant only to get the refund. registration fee payment for both can be done from the same account. If your wife does not have PAN card, she is not eligible to apply for LIG, HIG or MIG flats.

      2) No, you can not mention your account in your wife’s form. The money will be refunded only into the bank account of applicant.

    • If you have submitted your account details in the form of your father for refund, you will have to contact DDA to get the refund. The account in the application form should be in the name of applicant to get the refund.

      • I have contacted DDA customer care no but nobody is picking the call. So I have called PayU regarding this and got response that no need to ask for refund. He also updated me that it’s not require and application will not rejected by the DDA. Once result will declare then you can ask to change the bank account details.

        Please suggest me, still I have to ask for change the bank details.

        • Payu people are right, You will will have to ask DDA to change the account after the draw, if you are not allotted.

      Same thing happened to me also, I applied through Axis Bank, but couldn’t manage to pay online at same time while filling online form from Axis bank site. Later after 2 days I transferred money via RTGS to DDA bank account. In this case you should contact Coporation bank from where you have done NEFT, mentioning your application number and NEFT reference number with date. They will attach your application number with your NEFT payment challan. So your application will be valid for DDA allotment scheme.

        you mean to say that if anybody got selected in draw. but the 3 options he marked, are not available at that time, DDA will not ask available option to him at that time and will allot any option at own?

    • You first have to pay and then send the photo along with the payment receipt. The application number will be e-mailed to you.

    1.if i apply online by sbi net banking then i have to send my photo & application form (with my signature) to INA Vikas Sadan Branch with in four days by speed post . due to remote location speed post take minimium 4 days or more( due to sunday or holiday). can my application rejected if it takes more than 4 days?

    2. on my name (behalf) my father can apply (without physically present or without my signature)? if yes ,please guide or any other way to apply?

    1. My father is applying in EWS categary through demand draft. what should he give in Locality Preferences
    in application form? Since there are 3 options and EWS category has one locality. Should he leave other two
    options as blank?

    2. Can I provide my bank a/c details in my father’s application form? Because he has no a/c in any bank listed
    by DDA and In case, if his name is not selected in the draw, the money would be refunded in my bank a/c.

      2) No, you can not provide you account details in your father’s form. Money will only be refunded into the bank account of applicant only. You can get a bank account opened for him within one day.

    My both children (both adult, both with PAN No. and both with their solo SB a/c) are applying in this DDA 2014 scheme and both of them in their respective application want to make me joint applicant to facilitate home loan in future if we are lucky. But there is some confusion regarding one person cannot be joint applicant in more than 1 application why so ? pl guide correct position so as to proceed further carefully.

    • This is simply because one applicant can not apply more than once in any case, separate or jointly.

    • Dear Neeraj. In DDA2014 scheme, DDA shall be executing sale deed only after 5 years. In absence of any title deed, how do you see banks/financial institution extending Home loan in such a situation and that’s too to successful applicant, immediately after the results of lucky draw.

      2nd question is to know how can we know the exact location, floor available for the very very few HIG flats offered in this scheme from old inventory

    • If you have received the application number, your application is complete. There is no method to verify for now from DDA

        i applied for dda form via corporation bank finance process.They give me Callahan as bank receipt for confirmation of deposit.
        Ist there is any process where we verify our Callahan or receipt no that bank submit our application in DDA or not?

        We submit the form in finance process where our amount is fully non refundable.
        If bank cant deposit on our form on DDA and they take our money,how we verify the same that our chalan receipt is genuine or not?

        • There is right now no way to verify, you will have to trust the bank, the receipt received from the bank itself can not be fake. Please also have your application number from the bank.

    I have doubt regarding Region field in SBI online, should i select Delhi or Outside Delhi.
    As basically i’m from UP and currently residing in Gurgaon in PG.
    And i have also filled up the address as my permanent address of UP and correspondence is also same as permanent.
    And these are instruction of SBI
    1) I agree to abide by all the terms & conditions laid down by DDA. A copy of payment receipt and photo for application will be submitted by me at the branch selected by me above on next working day or latest within two working days of the payment. I undertake to provide application number of my spouse at the time of visit to Branch.
    2) Applicants from outside Delhi NCT, Gurgaon, NOIDA and Ghaziabad should select INA Vikas Sadan Branch and send photo and receipt by Speedpost to SBI, INA Vikas Sadan, New Delhi 110023 so as to reach within 4 days of the payment. Applications for which photo and receipt are not received within this time will not be included in the draw.

    I have used AXIS Bank online link for filling the form and making payment. Please clarify/update me on few points:

    1. I have received the acknowledgement receipt and filled form but the form only shows Bank Name and amount in the Payment Detail section at the end. Is that fine or some issue is there, asking because while saving the acknowledgement receipt my browser threw error and i couldn’t load/save the complete form which comes after making payment.
    2. Does any of the things filled form or acknowledgement receipt needs to be sent to DDA or Bank?
    3. What all documents comes up for a successfully filled form. For instance if my form is successfully filled and completed with fee payment what all document(like form, Payment Acknowledgement) should be available with me.

      I got a Payment receipt (PDF) in which only challan no. is mentioned.

      2) No acknowledgement will be received from DDA till the last date
      3) Ans 1, Contact HDFC or DDA at 1800 110 332
      4) No, procedure, you may receive some communication from DDA after 9th Oct regarding approval of your application, the list of eligible/approved applications will also be published online before the draw
      5) For now, 30th October is the draw date

    Q1. DDA shall not consider my application for any other category or location than the ones opted by me in the form. In other words, they cannot allot me/force me to take a LIG if my preferences given are for HIG & MIG only or an odd location MIG like in Narela if preference given by me are only of Rohini and Shalimar bagh

    Q2. Despite knowing that DDA will execute sale deed only after 5 years, do you believe that banks would be giving home loans for these flats primarily based on allotment letter and NOC of DDA ?

    Q3. Is there a way to know which floor/pockets the old inventory HIG flats are located?

    • They will accept the draft from the DDA empaneled banks branches only, mentioned in the brochure

      • So the bank account only belongs to Applicant. And if applicant is non Delhi resident then how she or he can fill the form with bank details which is out side from delhi.

My understanding is that while entering details on “payumoney”, I’ll have to enter his bank details where refund would come and I can make payment from my bank account instead.     • I submitted application from SBI and made payment online itself. Now I received a Payment id and a application number. I printed that receipt that contains all my details, PAN, photo.

    • You can do everything online, no need to send anything to DDA, but do not apply through SBI, they require photo & Receipt to be submitted physically at the bank branch

    I am staying in a rented house in C R Park, New Delhi and my permanent address is in Punjab (Address on all my ID’s). In the online application form I have given my C R Park address in the “Residential Address” column and my Punjab address in “Address of Correspondence” and also I have selected the option “YES” in column “Are you a Delhi Resident?”. The only document I have of Delhi is the Rent Agreement of my C R Park house.
    Application and Registration amount paid through HDFC netbanking.

    1. Will my application get rejected?, as somebody told me that my “Residential Address” in application form should be my permanent address (address on all my id’s) that of Punjab.

    2. In case of wrong information entered on an online form, is there an option of editing the same form by not paying the whole amount again, if yes then how?

    • Dear Vikram,

      1) The person is correct, your permanent address should be in your residential address column, correspondence is the temporary where you will receive all communication from DDA including the allotment letter, if allotted. You application will not be rejected but if allotted a flat, you may face some issues while convincing DDA officials about the mistake.

        Thanks a lot for replying to my earlier post. Though it is a mistake but there are no specific guidelines for filling an online application form unlike an offline application, it could be very obvious for few or its kind of understood for such fields in the form, but somehow I found it a little confusing and I am sure quite a few people would have faced a similar problem.

        There is a provision of buying a new form for an offline application but no such provision for an online application. Also, as per the terms and conditions in point 21, my registration amount could be forfeited in case of misrepresentation. In that case I might as well cancel my application and ask for a refund now.

        There are many individuals complaining about the toll free number not being answered and I am facing the same problem. So I would request you to ask the department to not to give such options to contact where there is no one to answer and keep a platform like this open where employees like you are considerate enough to reply back.

          First, I’m not employee of DDA, Yes, many applicants are complaining about DDA helpline issues. It is now completely your choice whether you want to submit another form by cancelling it or will continue with the same. You still have 12 days.

    I applied online for DDA through SBI. There too now, we fill-up the form and paid money through payumoney.
    As earlier they have their own form online and have to submit application to their branch physically.

    But now they didn’t mention any comment for the same whether have to submit application physically to bank or not. As paumoney is integrated to SBI now. just filled today through that.

    I’m trying to call all helpline no. but nobody is responding. I filled it today only.
    Please reply me earliest should i still need to send application to bank or not?

      4) You have to do everything in a single go, before proceeding, make sure your account has a transaction limit set to over 1 Lakh, many applicants are facing such issues. No login is created, you will receive application number and other details on your email after the form submission and payment

At the subsequent step when I made the payment, I received “Payment Gateway Error” indicating that the payment is un-successful. However the amount of Rupees 100177.85 has already been debited from my bank account. What can I do or who can confirm whether the amount has reached the DDA or not yet?

    I have applied through online sbi banking for dda housing scheme. I have made my payment with online SBI. After completing the payment, a message has been shown that after 10 sec you will be connected to dda site, however, due to some technical problem, it could not reached. That’s why I have not received the application no. of the form. I am also not sure that my application has been considered for the same. My sbi account statement and the sms from the same confirm that Rs. 100172.47 has been debited.
    Any suggestion to solve this issue??

      2) There is nothing about Good or Bad, it all up to your choice, apply through payumoney
      3) I’d suggest you to transfer via netbanking in a single go

    • Please check if the image is in jpg or png format. Try changing the image name without any space. Or try using another browser

        I have applied online though website of SBI. I have uploaded the photo successfully. In that form, there was no option for selecting the bank branch at which hard copy of payment receipt & photo is to be submitted. After submission of the form online, i have received the payment receipt on my email which also contains my uploaded photo. Basically my application number, payment id have been generated & received on mail as payment receipt.
        My question is – (1) Do i need to submit the hard copy of payment receipt & photo at any of SBI branch?
        (2) If answer to S.no.1 is ‘YES’ , then at which branch of SBI i should submit these hard copies because the option for selecting the bank branch was not there in the online form?
        (3) Kindly provide the official link if any regarding proper guidelines from DDA related to submission of hard copy of Payment receipt & photo in bank branch selected?

    I have mistakenly provided incorrect IFSC code while applying online for the DDA flats. Is there any way I can correct that information? Are there chances that I can lose my amount in case my name doesnot comes up in the lottery (because of incorrect IFSC)?

    • You will not lose your amount, if you are not allotted a flat, please request DDA to change the IFSC code after the draw

    • If you have done the payment, you need to contact DDA. If payment is not done yet, you can fill a fresh form

    • Netbanking is an option to pay directly by logging into your account and authorizing the transaction request while in NEFT/RTGG, you will have to manually transfer amount into the DDA bank account

    I have applied for DDA Hosing Scheme 2014 online through Axis Bank (https://easypay.axisbank.co.in) and made payment through my friend SBI Net-Banking and mentioned the same SBI Saving Account Number in Application Form for refund of amount. The mentioned bank account is not in my Name. Form was successfully submitted on 27th September, 2014 and I have been allotted with Transaction ID and Application number.

    • You can apply, You need not to have an account in the bank which is in the DDA list, if you have netbanking enabled in your account, you can do online payment and apply through any of the 13 DDA empaneled banks. Yes Payumoney is secure

  488. One last query… I am handicap person and I can apply by availing loan specially for DDA housing scheme 2014, via Kotak for Rs 3850…. but Kotak is asking me to come and fill the form physically and not online… that is uncomfortable for me…
    One more option for me is to get a personal loan instantly without visiting anywhere and applying online ,,, and if unsuccessful, will refund pay the load within a month or two…
    Would u plz suggest me which option will be better for me?

    • Yes, You will have to go to the bank to prove that you are physically handicapped. The refund will be made within 3 months after the draw

      Such mistakes have been made by many applicants, You can request DDA just after the draw to change the details, if you are not allotted a flat.

    I’ve submitted the DDA application https://www.payumoney.com/dda/#/hdfc and money transaction done using HDFC Netbanking. I got application/ form number too with respective acknowledgement. Even I received a mail from PayUMoney on my email address. But when I used the acknowledgement number to check the status at DDA website, it shows “Data Not Found”.

    How to know the application status and now I’m confused whether the form is actually submitted or money just deducted from my account and it’s not submitted properly.

      The submission might not have reached to DDA database yet, people who applied 6-7 days back are also unable to see their status on DDA website, please try again after 1-2 days or contact DDA at 1800 110 332
