It was Sunday on 28th and banks are not processing online submissions of DDA on holidays, you can wait for 1-2 more days to receive your payment confirmation and application number or contact DDA at 1800 110 332

I made online submission of DDA form on 25th September 2014 via formzero. As per Formzero, I got the challan and went to non-ICICI bank and did NEFT for the said amount on 27th Sept2014. I did not entered my code in the formzero (given by bank) thinking I should do it on working day so that Application number can come in 2 working days. Today 29th Sept2014 when I opened my formzero tracker, to fill the code, it showed money paid to the bank with application number.
I have two queries:
1. How can I get my application number without entering the NEFT code given to me by the bank.
2. How they know that i have paid this amount for this particular application no.

Hi Neeraj, I’ve applied for DDA using PayUMoney via HDFC and provided my Citibank account number in the application form, and then made NEFT from the same Citibank account number. Now I’ve received an acknowledgment from PayUMoney about the receipt of my payment and also my application number. However the application number is not trackable in DDA website. So I have a few questions-
1. Can I track my DDA application anywhere in DDA website using this application number?
2. Since Citibank is not part of those listed 13 banks, will I get my refund back in Citibank?
3. Can my husband also apply similar way by filling his own application form and giving his own SBI account number in the form but the NEFT done from my Citibank account?

I made the payment via formzero (icici bank link). Now DDA website has “application search option available”. I tried searching my application. I could see my name but “locality preferences” are shown null.
I have also filed an application via other bank in my daughter name & seaching that via same link gives all the options properly (name & locality codes).
You think formzero has submitted incomplete details to DDA? The locality codes are mandatory fields in an application.

So, in case of refund would I get a cheque (sent to my correspondence address) or the money will be directly deposited into the account number I specified in the form. Also how many days would the refund be done once allotments are finalised.

Form Zero guys even don’t have any phone number, how the hell they are running a sucking organization and doing financial transaction over the internet. Do you have any idea what might have happened? The amount is already gone from my account and now ICICI guys are saying they don’t know anything about this. I think this Form Zero is a fraud and I am going to report these guys to Cyber Cell of New Delhi Cops.

I am filling online DDA-ICICI form using Formzero, but in the boxes for preferences of location, I only see numbers from 11 to 71. In the brochure, the numbers are from 1 to 34. There is no way to select a location from 1 to 10?

You can do the payment via netbanking for you you need not to add any payee but please confirm that your one time transaction limit should be more than Rs 1 Lakh. Sometimes applicants are getting application number and receipt instantly sometimes after 1-2 days, You should apply today.

1. Applicant’s bank Details: My son has applied one, and is applying another form in my name( to increase chances) So – this bank account HAS to be mine for refund ? Can my son do the payment from some other bank account?

I have seen quite lot of people have done mistakes while filling online form , I am also one of them.
I have given my wrong account no in the form or you can say incomplete account no.
I am getting a little bit tensed about the money if I am not getting allotment, how I’ll get the money back.
I have seen your reply that they will update the record.
But the thing is no one is responding for anything, how come you are so sure that they will update.
And for my account no what should I do for account no update, it’s not small money to sit ideal. If you have some contacts can you please confirm it once .

If the account number is incomplete, DDA will deliver the cheque at your correspondence address mentioned in the form.
However, better way would be to contact DDA just after the draw if you are not allotted a flat.

I had applied thru axis gateway on 25 sept and paid using boi ..howevr transaction failed,though application numbr generated.i tried paying again but no such arrangement was provided.
So i filled afresh and got new application numbr nd this time successfully paid.
My problm is that i received msg for both application as fee successfully paid nd their status on axis website showing same!!

If an applicant have all her document proofs from Delhi but she is no more staying in Delhi due to Marriage, what address she has to mention as her residential address & what option to be selected (Delhi or Outside Delhi)?

But didn’t got printout of application.
There was instruction to submit printout of application to INA Vikas Sadan.
What should I do now. None of payumoney, SBI or DDA is picking up contact numbers or replying to mail.

as per my knowledge there is no need to submit printout of application to dda, however you will also receive the application details on your e-mail id

Today I applied for DDA flat scheme 2014 online, at first attempt I filled out the form but there was small mistake in selecting the bank name I selected Yes bank instead of Axis bank by Mistakes as I mentioned account details of axis bank and clicked on the confirm button again there was another problem came showing that “your daily transaction limit is crossing however generated the application number.Again I start to fill a refresh application form this time changing my daily account limit upto 150000/- . It was completed successfully , but Finally I want to conform is, Amount is not deducted from my account i.e 100150/- but same is shown in my completed form . is this full amount will be deducted later from my account . if deducted all then I want to cancel the application how to cancel now. if only 5000/- then for draw then ok .

DDA will refund the money into the account of applicant only. Either a cheque will be sent at your correspondence address or you can request DDA to change the details if you are not allotted a flat

You can contact DDA after the draw if the flat is not allotted to you, your form will not be rejected.

If the birth details calculated to age above 18 years then the form will not be rejected, you can request DDA later to change it if you are allotted a flat. Allotment details will be shared on DDA website and letter will be sent to the correspondence address

I paid the registration amount of INR 1,00,000 via SBI (Payumoney transfer). The status shows completed. However, I have not received any confirmation from DDA that they have received the transfer.
Additionally, I have been provided with a form number and when I checked for the same on DDA wbsite, it doesn’t show anything.
I am worried as I have read negative reviews about Payumoney website and they being a fraud third party. Not sure, how did they get themselves associated with SBI.
Any comments? Payumoney also do have any customer care numbers.

This is not a big issue, you will receive all communication on e-mail ID, DDA is the only helpline available but it is not functional as complained by many other applicants as well

I have filled the the S.No instead of locality code namely 29, 28 and 30 in location preference. Next day I approached to Union Bank and requested them to allow for change the preferences. They told that forms have gone to somewhere for capturing the data. They further told me that corrections in the form is not acceptable. Later on I filled another form and requested them to replace with earlier form deposited with them making appropriate changes in the data captured . Plz suggest, is this the right way or you can suggest anything more.

I got the message that the provisioning id for the submission is TMP2004420 and i will get the form number in next 48 hrs. It has been over 8 days and i did not got any application number from dda. I applied through online SBI for dda on 23rd sep.Now i see that sbi is tied with payumoney but at that time i,e, on 23 sep there was no provision for uploading the photo. Upon payment an e-receipt was generated with instruction for sending to INA vikas sadan branch along with photograph. However no application number was given and no email has been received yet regarding application. I sent the photographs along with e-receipt through speed post which has been delivered. But now i am unable to check any status in lieu of lack of application number. the e-receipt only contains a payment reference number. Kindly advise how to check the status.

I tried filling the form via SBI but then realized that you cannot pay via Citibank. Then i filled the form via ICICI but there too there was no option to pay via Citibank. Now i will be paying the ICICI option offline via NEFT. My quesiton is since I have a filled form via SBI for which the payment was not made — will it stil be considered as multiple applications or will the form for which the payment has not been made get automatically deleted so that I am still safe and my form would be counted as a single application?
Form without payment will not be considered, it will be rejected automatically

I am trying to fill the form through SBI & then HDFC but I am facing some issues. which are:
1. In Phone no (with std code) I tried to enter my mobile no but it didn’t accepted it, so I left it blank because I don’t have any landline. After that also it gave error, so then I entered space instead of keeping it blank and it accepted it. Will it create any problem?
2. In Bank & Branch name , Address it is giving error “Special characters not allowed”. In bank’s text box it is showing this error on entering numbers like sector no. etc. While in address it is not accepting hyphen(-) or slash sign (/).

I have applied for DDA via Icici Bank/Form zero yesterday i.e 8th oct. after making payment online I get the payment confirmation window for a second. but before I pen down the transaction ID below mentioned error appeared. Amount is already deduction from my bank account and bank TX id is with me received via SMS.

After making the payment online, it was mentioned to send the photographs and the receipt by Speed post to SBI VIkas sadan Branch in new delhi which I did. I have the same issue with account no . And i have contacted bank, even gone till higher level but they are saying they can’t do anything about that.
They are saying you have to go DDA . And even i had luckily talked over phone in DDA they also don’t about this what they are going to for online correction.

I applied through Axis Easy Pay and got application number. On proceeding towards payment, it prompted for limit exceed which i did in new tab. On coming back to the payment page, when i clicked the pay button, it redirected me towards my axis bank account summary. the account is not debited.
I want to know how to check if it has been applied or i need to pay again? can i pay with the same application number or need to fill altogether new form.

My father, wife and me filled up 3 forms for the DDA Housing Scheme through ICICI-Formzero.in. We decided to make the payment through offline – NEFT/RTGS transfer to CMS ICICI Bank.
By mistake, the funds for 3 forms were transferred to one CMS ICICI Bank account instead of 3 respective accounts. The payments were made on October 11 (Saturday).
What could be the process for retrieving the extra amount from the account?

i would like to draw your kind attention towards the DDA Housing Scheme 2014. I am Praveen Kumar, resident of New Delhi. Me and my wife have already applied for the said scheme and we have submitted our DDA form along with the requisite D/D of Rs. 100000.00 [One Lakhs] each on October 01 2014 to PUNJAB & NATIONAL BANK, NANGLOI BRANCH. But when I checked status of my forms then it shows “No Data Found” which means the forms has yet not been received by DDA. I have called to the bank latest by October 27, 2014 and the banking persons says that it will take next 15 days time to reflect on DDA Website whereas the draw is going to happens within 10 days. I dont know why they are misguiding to us or not giving correct status of application form. My all other friends who applied through other banks got updated on DDA Website.
So, here i would like to request to the all concerned authorities to please intervene and ask the reason to banks for not providing the exact information about our forms. otherwise i will have to contact to our MEDIA for such a fraudulent activities.

As I previously mentioned my concern about incorrect IFSC code that I put into my online DDA application through Axis Bank Easy Pay, I went to the DDA office Vikas Sadan, but that was of no use. It didn’t solved my problem. Bank has replied that they have submitted the data to DDA.

Dear DDA Authorities, Please note that I had submitted 1 form with application number 0020230 on 7th Oct 2014 and checking the status on 04th Nov 2014 on DDA site. As on today i.e. 04-Nov-2014, 2:58pm, the detail showing with this application number is not related to me on DDA’s official website. Detail of somebody ele is showing on DDA’s site. As per ICICI Bank, Janakpuri B1A, today is the holiday of bank, they can only discuss tomorrow with me. I suspect a SCAM by DDA and ICICI bank if details of other guy is showing with my application number on the websites of DDA before the lucky draw is actually taken. In such scenario an appropriate action would be initiated in legal manner.

I have filed DDA Form and Submited in ICICI Bank. But when i was checking online form status, i found many mistakes in my data. There were mistakes in my name spelling, my Husband name , My PAN number and Demand Draft Number. Than i dad gone to my bank, where i had submitted my form and asked them to rectify those mistakes, the manager of the respective bank had send a mail of rectified details and told me that every mistakes will rectify and will get update soon. Than today again i was checking the status, again i found that some mistakes are still not rectified like my PAN number and Demand draft number is still wrong. Please tell me that what should i d now,Till when ill have to contact my bank. will it be good for my flat withdrawl result when in one or two days result is going to come.

First time when i went for mistakes correction was 5th Nov. But again i found some mistakes in my form and than i had wrriten above comment. again i visited the bank for mistakes correction after wite above comment. And now for your kind information, i am i finding mistake in my form. What is this man? do you thin that all people have this much time that they will check status of their form again and again and after geting problems in their forms, they will have to visit banks everytime. do you think it Is it ok?….

I had Applied for the DDA HOUSING SCHEME 2014, my Application No : 6004336. I did not get a flat and according to this Scheme I was to be refunded the amount automatically, which hasnt happened yet.
As Per DDA Announcement, the candidates who did not get a flat allotment were to have received the refund of the Registration amount by December 18th or 24th. Despite this announcement of assurance, and notices being sent to defaulting banks, the amount is yet to be received.
Is there any particular place I need to go to? Or any particular form I should be filling Out??

I have made payment of Rs. 2,00,000/-(One lakh each for two separate applications) to DDA Housing Scheme 2014 by NEFT through payment link available on IDBI Bank site. since I cannot withdraw one lakh through online banking of IDBI, I opted to make payment of this from my account in Standard Chartered Bank on same payment gateway available at IDBI bank site on 29th Sep.14 (for myself) and on 13th Oct’14 (for my friend) but till date i.e. 13th January 2015 I have not received any REFUND money.

What happened exactly is, we received a demand letter from DDA .. Posted DDA original demand letter , photo copy of id and a letter saying that i want to surrender bla bla bla …. And received an amount in 45 days. Prior to demdnd letter , we tried surrendering of flat ..called thm , posted a letter, online queries.. Etc . All possible ways … But nothing worked. So what I understand is demAnd letter is important or visit the DDA office personally.
can you please tell me what is the procedure you have followed to get back your registration money of surrendered flat?
After receiving of Demand letter… I’ve mailed the following documents at the given address of DDA –
1. Original Demand letter
2. Self attested copy of PAN Card
3. Letter saying i want to surender the flat..
And got my money back in my account within 45 days (5000 cancellation charges)
Prior to receiving of Demand letter, i did mailed the letter regarding surrender of the flat but There was no response from DDA.
I think demand letter is essential.
