Jaipur Development Authority has received 954 applications in first week of its recently launched 6 new residential plot scheme at different location in the city. The applications are being made online by the residents across Rajasthan for 6 different schemes.
Kedar Vihar plot scheme which is offering 2281 residential plots received the highest number of 374 applications. This is also the largest scheme of all 6. Raghunath Vihar with 242 applications and Ram Chandra Vihar with 205 applications finishes second and third respectively.
35, the least number of applications were received for Bagru greens plot scheme where the authority is offering a total of 117 residential plots of 252 square meters.
Out of the total 954 applications, more than half 499 applicants applied for the 45 square meter plots in three schemes Ram Chandra Vihar, Kedar Vihar and Raghunath Vihar.
The applications for the 6 new residential plot schemes of JDA are being invited online from February 1 to March 2, 2015.
