JDA Bagru Greens is the smallest scheme of all 6 new residential plot schemes launched in February 2015 by Jaipur Development Authority. The scheme offers just 117 residential plots in village Bagru Rawan in Zone 12.
The registrations for the scheme have started from 1st February 2015. There are a total of 117 plots on offer of same size i.e. 252 square foot. Being the smallest scheme by the number of plots, the reserve price of plots in Bagru Greens is the highest among all 6 schemes. The reserve price by JDA has been set at Rs 10,000/- per square meter while teh allotment price is even higher at 11,500/- per quare meter.
55 plots out of the total 117 are reserved for different categories and rest 62 are available for allotment for all categories. The draw of lots for all 6 plot schemes will be announced on 16 March 2015.
