Ram Chandra Vihar is among the 6 new residential plot schemes of Jaipur Development Authority for which the applications are being invited from 1st February 2015. The scheme is located in village Ramchandpura in Zone 11.
JDA Ram Chandra Vihar scheme is offering a total of 920 residential plots out of which 547 plots are of 45 square meters and rest 333 are of 90 square meters.
The reserve price of the flat in Ram Chandra Vihar residential plot scheme is Rs. 7,000/- per square meter. The allotment price for 45 and 90 sq.mt. plots has been set to Rs. 1750/- and Rs. 4200/- per square meter respectively.
434 plots out of the total 920 are reserved for different categories and rest 486 are un-reserved which are available to all categories. The draw of lots for all 6 plot schemes will be announced on 16 March 2015.
