Jaipur Development Authority is inviting applications for allotment of 1735 residential plots in its first residential offering in 2015. The registrations for the new Raghunath Vihar scheme and 5 more schemes are open from 1st February to 2 March 2015. Raghunath Vihar residential scheme is the second largest of all 6 schemes offering 1735 plots after Kedar Vihar which is offering 2281 plots.
The scheme is located in village Ramsinghpura in Zone 12. ofering 327, 1110 and 298 residential plots of 45 sq. mt., 90 sq. mt. and 162 sq. mt. respectively at a reserved price of Rs. 9,000/- per square meter.
The interested applicants, subject to the terms and conditions and eligibility criteria can apply for the scheme online through official website of JDA www.jaipurjda.org or through e-mitra kiosks.
818 plots out of 1735 are reserved for allotment between different categories such as government employee, SC, ST, handicapped, Journalist and soldiers while rest 917 plots are available for allotment between all categories.
