After the successful allotment of 11 residential schemes in this month, Jaipur Development Authority is all set to launch another residential plot scheme for economically weaker section and lower income group of the society. The new scheme will be launched on October 2, which is also the National Holiday on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti.

JDA is offering a total of 3554 freehold residential plots under the scheme in different zones across the Jaipur city. Under the new scheme a lottery for 2022 LIG plot and 1532 EWS will be conducted. The highest number of plots are located in the zone 12 with 468 plots for LIG and 424 plots for the economically weaker section. Zone 10A is the location with least number of plots with only 12 LIG plots and no EWS.
The plots are being offered under the different schemes in Niji Khatedar Schemes where 15% of the plots are reserved for EWS and LIG categories under the private developers projects.
The reserve price of the plots ranges between Rs 2800/- per square meters in Zone 13 to the highest Rs 12000/- per square meter in Zone 7 and 8. Certain details such as application procedure, eligibility criteria and terms will be made available only after the scheme is launched on 2nd October.
