Jaipur Development Authority announced the start of registrations for the 3554 EWS/LIG residential plots in different zones across the city from October 2. The authority is inviting applications through both online and offline modes.
The last date of registrations for the scheme will be 31st October 2014. There are 1532 plots for the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and 2022 plots for LIG (Low Income Group) category being offered in the scheme. The plots are being offered in 84 different schemes.

The online applications are being invited through JDA website www.jaipurjda.org and offline applications through e-friend kiosks of JDA. The applicants can apply for up to 5 schemes using the single application form. The cost of applying for a maximum of 5 preferences will be Rs 200.
The EWS applicants will have to pay Rs 10,000/- per choice and LIG applicants will have to pay Rs 15,000/- per choice as administration fee which if no refundable and non adjustable if the applicants is successful in the lottery. The full administration amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful candidates through NEFT.
The online applicants can pay the registration and administration fee through net-banking, debit or credit cards. If paying through net-banking, applicants will have to pay Rs 10 extra per transaction and service tax while applicants paying through debit/credit card will have to pay extra 1.25% of total application amount and service tax.
Payments for offline applications can be done in cash at the e-friend kiosks of JDA. If applicants apply for more than one plot preference will have to pay Rs 80 extra for administration fee up to Rs 30000/- and Rs 125 for more than Rs 30000/-.
JDA will seize the amount if the applicant submits more than one application or present wrong details in the application form. Below is the zone-wise listing of offered plots

Eligibility Criteria & Terms
- The applicant should be a resident if Rajasthan and minimum age should be 18 years.
- The applicant, his/her spouse and the dependent children should not have any freehold or leasehold residential plot or home in any area of Rajasthan where the population is above 50000.
- The applicants should have a bank account in his name and should be active during the scheme.
- The applicants should not have been allotted any plot or flat in last 10 years by JDA in any area.
- The monthly income of the EWS applicants should not exceed Rs 10,000/-. The monthly income for LIG applicants should be between Rs 10,000/- to 15,000/- to be eligible for the scheme.
- The applicants who are allotted the corner plots in the lottery will have to pay 10% extra of the total cost of plot.
- The applicants will have to fill their saving bank account along with IFSC code in the application form for the refund purpose.
- 47% of the plots are reserved for the State govt, employees (18%), Scheduled and Backward casts (15%), physically handicapped (2%), journalists (2%), and 10% for ex-service man and or his widow.
The successful applicants will have to submit the documents within the 21 days after the announcement of the lottery draw at their respective zone offices. The demanded amount will have to be paid within 30 days after issuing of the allotment letter through cash or DD in favor of Jaipur Development Authority at the ICICI bank located in the authority’s premises.

1) You can check the locations on internet by project names
3) There is a policy to reserve 15% of the plots/flats for Government scheme in every private developer’s project. The offered plots are under the same reservation policy, these are cheaper because Government/Authority does not ask for some specific charges from the applicants
