Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has launched 11 new housing schemes on 11th July 2014. Below are the complete details regarding the number of plots in the schemes, registration amount, application procedure and location details. Jaipur Development Authority is offering a total of 6600 plots under the scheme.
The applications for the new JDA schemes are being invited online, you can apply for the scheme by clicking the link below http://service.jaipurjda.org/Scheme/
You can choose any of the schemes based on your location, plot size and budget preferences. There is hardly any difference in the schemes except these 3 things. JDA will provide the basic residential facilities in all the 11 schemes.

I have got allotment of a plot under the recent JDA scheme. I have a question regarding submission of documents for allotment. Do I need to submit the documents by post within 21 days of lucky draw (i.e. Sep 23)? Or do I need to send the documents to the proposed camp venue by the mentioned dates on the JDA website as below. Also, do I need to be present in person on the camp?
I am newly employeed and my income group is >30000. As per my income i could apply only for big size plots which costs me more than 20 lacs. This is out of capacity. Bank dont sanctin loan for land also. What should i do.

its legal … JDA has clearly stated that if allotee sells the plot before 10 years then he have to give 5% of prevailing Rate to JDA . Read advt. of schemes for more clearity .

You need to pay whole amount with in 60 days.There is some grace period till 90 days but you need to pay interest on that.
