On the eve of New Year 2017, Jaipur Development Authority launched a scheme for economical weaker section of the society and the scheme is named as JDA Jaipur Baxawala Yojana 2017. In JDA New Flat Scheme 2017 total 269 flats are available for allotment for registration will start from the first day of 2017.

The flats are available in Sanganer Jaipur at Baxawala Yojana and the scheme is just five KM away from Vatika Road and the scheme is located at 100 sqare feet road.
JDA New Scheme has offering independent houses and G+2 flats and these flats are available in the size of 22.94 square meter while the size of independent house is 30.40 square meter. The estimated cost of a single units ranges from Rs. 1.91 lakh to Rs. 2.82 lakh.

How to Apply:
Application form for flats in the can only be filled through online of registration by using the official website of JDA at www.jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in. Interested can also use E-Mitra Seva for filling online application. Applicants will have to mentioned all the details like applicants information, bank details like name in the bank account, IFSC code, bank name branches named and address etc.
After the completion of online application, payment or registration amount can be paid through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card. And in case of submitting application from E-mitra, the amount of Rs. 10,000 with an extra payment of Rs. 200/- would be submitted as a registration amount. E-Mitra is charging a fees of Rs. 45/- for filling online application.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should be resident of Rajasthan.
- The age of applicant should be above 18 years.
- The monthly income of applicants must not exceeds the limit of Rs. 10,000/-.
- The applicant and should not have any house in Rajasthan in his/her named or in the name of his/her dependent.
- Applicant must have a bank account which would be active in the period of the scheme.
The allotment of these housing units would be done through a process of lottery.
