  1. Hello Team, can you please provide more details on specifications of these flats? What is the area and dimensions of rooms etc.? Also is there any specific eligibility for these flats or anyone can apply, (asking as these are for Economically weaker section). Are these flats suitable for middle class family, what is average price of flats?

  10. hi Dhiraj,
I want to purchase housing board BPL flat gurgoan by a broker ,they are give me GPA by court ..plz tell me G.P.A are valid or not.

  11. Neeraj ji
As we seen so many developers are came with affordable housing scheme, in which draw will be organized and lucky one will get on low rates,
But my shock n surprise lots of dealer r demanding 2 -4 lac for confirmed plot in draw, my question is then y developers r be fooled common people ,its because they want to use our money to take interest frm bank,n officials of govt. Org are also with him???

    • Sandeep,

I’m sure there are not so many takers of these affordable schemes, if the dealer demands more than the registration amount, they will just use your money. Just pay the registration amount by DD or Cheque in favor of the developer only as mentioned in the payment methods of the scheme.

Everyone who gets registered will get the flats as well, go ahead if you want to buy.
