Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched a new flat scheme in Sector 22A offering 1BHK and 2BHK Multi-Storey flats as mentioned in our yesterday post.

FEBRUARY 2015 UPDATE: Latest Flats Scheme in Sector 22A

The authority is offering a total of 2822 flats under the new scheme. There are 2070 1BHL flats for the lower income group (LIG) and 752 2BHK flats for the medium income group (MIG). The scheme opens on 23 October 2014 but the registrations will start from 3rd November 2014. The last date of registration is 2 December 2014. The flats will be allotted through the lottery draw which is expected to be held in March 2015.

The applications for the YEIDA flats scheme in sector 22A The interested applicants can buy the application forms from the designate bank branches from 3rd November at a cost of Rs 1100/-. The applicants can also download the application forms and scheme brochure from the authority’s website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. In case the form is downloaded from the website, the applicants will have to pay Rs 1100/- by demand draft or pay order in favor of YEIDA, East Greater Noida/Noida/New Delhi along with the application form.

One BHK flats are consists of Ground+4 floors while 2BHK MIG flats will be offered in Ground+7 storey buildings. The super area of 1BHK LIG flats are 525 square foot while it is 880 square foot for 2BHK MIG flats.

Once again, the location of the scheme is sector 22A and the code is BHS-04. Below are the details of the offered flats.

  2. Two projects are there one in yamuna expressway and other in MVN Athens gurgaoun extension, sohna road sector -5. Which one is nest option for investment for service personals which can give good returns after 10 years.

  4. Not sure why Yamuna Expressway Authority is coming up with new schemes when they are not able to deliver Plots for which scheme came in 2009.
    Not sure when people will get flats in this scheme. Also rates are almost same as private builders in the area. People can get a Flat around 2500/- then why people should apply in this scheme.

  5. My query is banks are finance us or not in the scheme of yumuna expressway, if yes then how many banks and their name . whichwas in the form dda .

    We would like to know that we are two friends and want to fill this application. Kindly suggest us. it sis possible to fill application for one flat by two persons.
    Also want to know about the loan how much loan bank can finance or how much we have to pay by cash.

  8. My query is about bank finance. I wants to know that banks are financeing us or not in the scheme of yumuna expressway Sector- 22A, if yes then how many banks and their name . which was in the form dda .

  9. Payment Scheme and Price is all similar to Pvt Builders. Infact 2 BHK could be more affordable in Gr Noida or Yamuna Express bay with waiting time of 3 Yrs..1st Phase scheme launched by Yeida is still not delivered to Buyers..Its all again a Trap where you will be stucked for a atleast 5yrs with no home and returns expect after 12-15 Yrs. So before applying think wisely.In the same price You can get affordable house from Builders.
