Yamuna Expressway Authority has launched its first flat scheme in 2015 in Sector 22A inviting applications for the allotment of 1BHK and 2BHK multi-storey flats from 23 February 2015. There are a total of 1900 multi-storey flats in sector 22A under new flat scheme of YEIDA. There are 1400 1BHK flats (G+4) and 500 2BHK flats (G+7) under the scheme with an area of 525 square foot and 500 square foot respectively.

The scheme is well equipped with all the latest and premium residential facilities such as green landscapes, play area for children, 24×7 power and water supply, underground electricity supply and shopping and community center within the premises. All flats are equipped with a balcony, dedicated almirah in bedroom and storage space.
The last date of the submission of application forms and online registration is 24 March 2015 and the draw result of the scheme is expected to be announced in June 2015. The name of the housing scheme is Built-Up Housing Scheme and the code is BHS-05/2015.

How to apply?
1. Applications for the new flat scheme are being invited through both offline and online modes. For offline applications, the application forms and scheme brochure can be obtained by paying Rs. 1100/- from the below listed designate bank branches across Delhi NCR.
2. The registration amount for the scheme is 10% of the cost of the flat i.e. Rs. 1.55 Lakh for 1BHK and Rs. 2.80 Lakh for 2BHK flat. The registration amount has to be paid through demand draft/pay order in favor of Yamuna Expressway Authority, Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi along with the application form.
3. In case of downloading the application forms from YEIDA website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com, the demand draft/pay order of Rs. 1100/- as application fee has to be attached along with the form.

You can contact Axis bank branches where the forms are available. Axis bank provides loan for registration amount for almost every scheme.
