Yamuna expressway industrial development authority is coming up with a new residential flats scheme in sector 22A after Diwali. The application forms for the new flat scheme will be available from 27 October 2014. The authority is offering a total of about 3000 flats for the lower and middle income group of the society.
The affordable, multi-storey, and environment friendly flats will be allotted through a public draw system. The new flats will help maintain and conserve the natural resources thus decrease in the requirement for the artificial energy and electricity.

Since January 2014, YEIDA has launched several schemes of eco-friendly homes and has offered about 7000 flats in the expressway authority area.
In the new scheme, Yamuna Expressway Authority is offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats with 45 and 80 square meter floor area respectively. There are 2070 1BHK flats for the lower income group while MIG will get 792 2BHK flats under the scheme. According to the YEIDA officials, there will be parking facilities available. The cost of 1BHK flats in Rs 15.49 lakhs while 2BHK flats will be offered at Rs. 27.96 lakhs.
Under the new scheme, the authority will be providing green-houses which are designed to catch maximum sunlight leading to the minimum artificial light requirements. The 25% of the total area of the construction site has been kept open for the green landscape development. This will be a gated community facilitating community centre, playground, nursery school and commercial space.
The offered flats are packed with the following eco-friendly features
- Heat reflective roof paint to reflect solar radiation
- Rainwater harvesting system
- Sewage treatment plant for waste water recycling
- Low floor water fixtures for water conservation
- Highly rated motors and pumps for energy conservation
- High quality single glazing units of glasses with better thermal properties
- Organic waste composter to convert food waste into manure and provide smoking free common area.
The applications for the new flat scheme in sector 22A are expected to be invited from 27th October after Diwali.

Sir i am living in greater noida, do not fill this scheame becouse land is disbuted through kisan, and price of flat is to costly local builder near parichowk providing same price in greater noida. so dont go this scheame. check old flat scheams of yeida. no posetion of plot scheames of 2008 year, not planning of dovlepment, no resale value of flats of yeida.
pl write the actual distance from eastern peripheral road and status of land/road developmentalso about any litigation proceeding going on the land being constructed
