Delhi Development Authority has received a huge response from the people of India for its 2014 housing scheme, the largest ever housing scheme of DDA with an offering of 25,034 flats. The Lakhs of applications have already been received from the applicants across the country and from NRI’s.

Interested applicants can visit the flats from Wednesday to Sunday between 11AM to 4PM till 9 October 2014 which is also the last date of submission of application forms and registration fee.

    I have few concern about DDA Flat. below are..
    1)- regarding preference of area. i like to apply for MIG Flats. is it allow to chosse 2 selection of MIG Flats from “B”- NEWLY CONSTRUCTION FLATS and 1 selection from “A”- OLD INVENTORY. i mean to say can i choose the flats from old inventory and newly construction. please suggest.

    2)- I have purchased the form from Deldi and right now i am in Bihar. so can i submit my form in designated bank in BIhar or only i have to submit my form where i purchased.
    3)- if Some coloumns in not application, i should keep blank or i have put cross for all boxes. e,g i dont have telephone number so i should put cross in all box or keep blank.

    I want to fill dda online form on behalf my mother and father , however I would be using my banking details as I am also going to make the payment from my account itself. So my question is, if the draw gets unsucessful for us…would I able to get the money in MY bank account? as names on the application would be of my mother and father however banking details would be mine…. I hope it should not be an issue for them to return the money back? is it?

    Under DDA Houshing Scheme 2010. An LIG flat has been alloted to me by DDA of area less 67 square meter.
    Can I or my parent or both also apply for the flats under DDA Houshing Scheme 2014 ?

    In brochure there is a clause specifying that :

    (iii) The applicant must not own any dwelling unit (including residential plot)/flat in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis in Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment, either in his/her own name or in the name of any of his dependent relations including unmarried children.

    My Date Of.Birth is “15 Feb 1989” And at present my age is above 25 years, 7 Months and 20 Days And My marital status is Unmarried. Although I am earning child of my parents from last more than 2 years 4 months.

    Am I come under “dependent relation unmarried children” category ? Although I am financially independent.

    For those who have put in wrong Account No. or the account no. is incomplete, there is some good news. Atleast for the people from SBI. I received an email today from the SBI team asking me for correct account number for my form, as the last digit got truncated.
    So hopefully other banks are doing the same.

    I applied for the scheme online on 14 oct through HDFC link and paid through payumoney. Today when I checked payumoney page I saw payment settelled date was 16 oct and scheme was closed on 15 oct.

    I tried to find it over net and I doubt if it is between 33.29 to 33.85

    • G2 and G-8 flats are too far from main narela. Society is Beautiful, flats are small but well designed, bedroom is too small for a double bed. location of the flats are the only issue as they are too far from the city.

      You can get a good return in long run but don’t expect it in near future. Current market value of ground floor is 22L decrease 1L with every floor. 1st floor would be around 21L. But don’t expect to get a buyer immediately.

  22. I have been allotted a house in Narela G2 POCKET 2. How to locate the site in internet. What is the landmark to reach the site. Can anyone explain pz.

    • G2 flats are too far from main narela. From karnal bypass move towards sonipat (around 16 km) then take left turn into narela, there will be no clear signage but this is a new double road (there is a signage of DAV Narela on the divider) go for around 6 km. From the T-point turn left towards Bhorgarh Village. from inside the Bhorgarh Village you’ll have to take a right turn towards Railway Faatak (you should ask a local person for this turn as you can easily miss this). Cross the Railway Faatak and go straight and ask anybody about G2 DDA Flats. Nearest landmark is Kalka Devi Mandir.

      To find the place on Google Map, just search for Bhorgarh Industrial Area, you can clearly see the flats on google map. They are near bawana road, just next to Bhorgarh Industrial Area.

      You are lucky as Pocket two is just in front of the main gate of the society. Society is Beautiful, flats are small but well designed, bedroom is too small for a double bed. location of the flats are the only issue as they are too far from the city.

    i have one query about the rohini sector 35 dda flat ,i am also lucky person in crowd of 25000/- got dda flat in sector 35 .my 1st question is i got Top floor but size is too short,dda all construction is same in all delhi,like rohini sec.35 and 2nd question is really this can be good investment in future this too short flats can be saleble and floor wise prices are variable or fixed as per brochure

        Well you can locate it on google map by the name of narela sector g8 or jj cluster colony which is just opposite to Narela sector g8. The total size is 32 sq. Mtr ..1 room kitchen lat n bath set. The problem is that the rooms r so small that u cnt even have a 6×6 bed in the bedroom. Visit the flat and then take a decision..

        Btw.. I am going to surrender my flat..so what is the procedure? Can anybody tell me?

    Do you think it is worth investing especially considering the small size of the rooms.

    If your answer is yes, then could you please tell me whether we should pay the total amount upfront or get a bank loan and pay in installments.

    What according to you would be the resale value after 5 years. And why would someone buy a small flat at that price after 5 years.
