After taking decision to extend the last date of 5 housing schemes, UPAVP (Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad) has take one more initiating step to housing schemes. UPAVP invites applications for the allotment of flats in UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna.
Under the scheme two residential projects are situated at two different locations. Both the projects are under construction. UPAVP has offering total 600 flats of 2BHK 3BHK and 4BHK Type in Aravali Enclave and Everest Enclave Housing Project. Aravali Enclave is located at Sector-12 Lucknow while Everest Enclave is situated at sector-18 Lucknow. For obtaining more details about these scheme follow the link given below:

Aravali Enclave consist total 396 flats of 3 BHK and 2BHK Type while Everest Enclave have only 204 flats of 3BHK & 4BHK Type for registration.

How to Apply for these Schemes:
Application forms for both the schemes can be purchased from Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg by paying Rs. 1000/- or it can also be obtained from the following banks branches at the same cost. The list of bank branches is given in the scheme advertisement. Application form can also be obtained by post by paying an extra charge of Rs. 50/-.
