Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) invites applications for the allotment of flats under Aravali Enclave. The project is launched under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna Number-3 and the project is located at Sector-12 Lucknow.
Under the scheme the authority offers total 396 flats of 2BHK & 3BHK Type. The project has two type of 2BHK with super area of 1249.24 square feet & 1287.33 square feet; three type of 3BHK with super area 1671.46 square meter, 1697.82 square meter, 1893.76 square meter.
The estimated cost of flat starts from Rs. 43.48 lakh for 2BHK which goes upto Rs. 65.91 lakh for 3BHK.

How to Apply: Registration for the scheme has been started from 4 June 2015 and application form for registration can be purchase from Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg by paying Rs. 1000/- or it can also be obtained from the following banks branches at the same cost.
