Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has come up with new housing project named as Everest Enclave and the authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in this project. The project is constructed under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna Number-4 and it is situated at Sector-18, Lucknow. The Authority also launched another scheme named as Aravali Enclave Housing Scheme 2015 with 396 flats.
Under the scheme total 204 are available for registrations which are of two type 3BHK and 4BHK. Super area of 3BHK flat is about 2128 square feet with the estimated cost of Rs. 81.85 lakh while the super area of 4BHK flat is about 2381 square feet with the estimated cost of Rs. 91.70 lakh.

How to Apply: Registration for the scheme has been started from 4 June 2015 and application form for registration can be purchase from Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg by paying Rs. 1000/- or it can also be obtained from the following banks branches at the same cost.
