After a series of launches of affordable housing projects in Gurgaon, Signature Global has also com up with a new project named as “Signature Global Synera” in Sector 81 in Gurgaon. The project has been launched in association with Haryana Government under its affordable housing policy. Signature Global Synera is located at a prime location on NH-8 in sector 81 offering 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. This is the 4th affordable housing project in Gurgaon at present after Krishna housing scheme by Raheja Developers, HCBS sports ville and Supertech Basera.

The application forms for the scheme are also available at different distribution centers of SMC Finance, HDFC Bank, Axia Bank, DHFL and IndiaBulls at different locations. The filled application forms can be submitted at select branches of SMC global, HDFC bank and all branches of Signature Global in Delhi, Jaipur, Narnaul, Rewari, Jaipur and Bahadurgarh.

The online applications for the Signature Global Synera can be filled online through www.signatureglobal.in.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant should not be debarred from entering into legally binding contract under any prevailing law.
  • Any person can apply but person which includes his/her spouse or his/her dependent children who do not own any flat/plot in any HUDA developed colony/ sector or any licensed colony in any of the Urban Areas in Haryana, UT of Chandigarh and NCT Delhi shall be given first preference in allotment of flats.
  • Any applicant can make only one application. Any successful applicant under this policy shall not be eligible for allotment of any other flat under this policy in any other colony. In case, he/she is successful in more than one colony, he/she will have choice of retaining only one flat.

Allotment Criteria

  1. The allotment of apartments shall be done through draw of lots in the presence of a committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner or his representative (at least of the cadre of Haryana Civil Services), Senior Town Planner (Circle office), DTP of the concerned district and the representative of coloniser concerned.
  2. After fixation of date for draw of lots, an advertisement shall be issued by the Developer informing the applicants about the details regarding date/time and venue of the draw of lots in the same newspapers in which the original advertisement was issued.
  3. For detailed criteria and time-frame to be adopted for scrutiny and allotment, the applicants may also refer to the details in the Affordable Housing Policy 2013 notified wide no. PF-27/48921 dated 19.08.2013 (available at the Department website, i.e., tcpharyana.gov.in).

  5. I have applied in signature global (sector 107, solera),As per their advertisement and application form the draw to be held within 90 days of closing of scheme but company is not providing any information on draw date even after 100 days of closing of booking.

  6. I hAve also fill auric 1BHK sec-82 fbd under huda affordable housing scheme. I think both huda and builder are making fool of people. They open this type of schemes only for earn huge amount of interest. That’s their aim.
