There are total 1096 apartments are on offer which categorized in two categories of 1BHK and 2BHK with 368 and 728 units respectively. The affordable price of 1BHK units is in the range of Rs 11.88 lakhs to 12 lakhs while the price of 2BHK units is starts from 19.16 lakhs which goes upto 19.20 lakhs.
The 1BHK apartment includes spacious one bedroom, toilet, kitchen, dinning/living and balcony while the comfortable 2BHK apartment includes 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 toilet, kitchen, dinning/living and balcony.The Sport Ville offer sports facilities like sports facilities basketball, football, volleyball, handball, table tennis, badminton within the affordable cost.
The registration for the affordable housing scheme will start from 1st December 2014 and the last date of registration is 20 January 2015. Interested applicants can obtain the application form from Plot No. 137, Sector 27, Gurgaon and 1401/10 Model Town Delhi Road Rohtak the office of HCBS Developers.
