The Jaipur Development Authority has announced the draw results of its EWS/LIG residential plot scheme on 17th November but where it allotted 3554 plots under NijiKhatedar Approved Schemes. JDA received a total 42789 applications for the schemes out of which 23280 applications were made for the EWS plots and rest 19509 for the LIG flats.
The authority has started refunding the registration amount to the unsuccessful applicants and the applicants can check the status of their refund by entering their application number on the official website of JDA www.jaipurjda.org.
The unsuccessful applicants can click the following link to check their refund status http://service.jaipurjda.org/SCEL2014/Home/FindRefundStatus?Length=4#no-back-button. The applicants will have to just enter their registration reference number and click the submit button.

The latest residential plot scheme of JDA which was open from 2nd October to 31st October required EWS applicants to pay Rs 10,000/- and LIG applicants to pay Rs 15,000/- as the refundable registration amount along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 200.
