Haryana Urban Development Authority has made an announcement in respect to the last date of HUDA Dadri & Safidon Plot Scheme 2015. The authority has extended the last date of its New Residential Plot Schemes 2015 at Dadri and Safidon from 15 September to 15 October 2015. Now the applicants can apply for HUDA Plot Scheme 2015 till the last date.

Before, the last date of application submission was 15 September 2015 but after receiving less response from the applicants, HUDA has taken a decision to extend the last date of application submission for Huda Dadri and Safidon Plot Scheme 2015.
HUDA Dadri Plot Scheme 2015: HUDA Dadri Scheme is situated at Sector-8, and 9 of Dadri and under the scheme total 524 residential plots are available for registration and the scheme comprises of 6 type of plots 1Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla. All size of plots are available in both sector-8 and 9.
HUDA Safidon Plot Scheme 2015: It is also a residential plot scheme of HUDA located at Sector-7, Safidon. Under the scheme 334 units of 1Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla. Maximum units are of type 8 Marla are available for registration.
The plots in both HUDA Dadri and Safidon plot scheme are priced as per the size of plots. The cost of 1Kanal Plots is about Rs. 16,500/- per square meter and 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla are priced at Rs. 15,000/- per square meter while 6Marla, 4Marla Plots are available at the price of Rs. 13,500/- per square meter.
The last date of application submission for residential plots in HUDA Dadri Scheme and HUDA Safidon Scheme has been extended upto 15 October 2015.
