The time is moving on and the HUDA Plot Schemes 2015 are approaching to its last date of registration. From today, a couple of days are remaining, last date of registration for the allotment of plots in HUDA Plot Scheme 2015 is 15 September 2015.
This time, Haryana Urban Development Authority inviting applications for the allotment of plots in two housing schemes in Dadri and Safidon. Under these scheme the authority has offering residential plots for all segments of the society.
HUDA Safidon Plot Scheme: It is a residential plot scheme of HUDA in which the authority has offering 334 plots located at Sector-7 of Safidon. Under the scheme total 6 type of plots are available for allotment and the type of plots are 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla. Of which large number of units are 8 BHK type. The
HUDA Dadri Plot Scheme 2015: It is also a residential plot scheme of HUDA in which HUDA has offering 524 plots in Sector-8 and Sector-9 of Dadri. Of total 297 are situated in sector-9 and sector-8 comprises of remaining 227 plots. HUDA Dadri Plot Scheme 2015 also comprises of 6 types of plots at both Sifodon and Dadri Locations. The type of plots are 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla.
The cost of plots available in HUDA Dadri and Safidon Plot Scheme is starts from Rs. 13,500/- per square meter for 4 Marla which goes upto Rs. 16,500/- per square meter for 1 Kanal.
