Delhi Development Authority‘s new housing scheme which is touted being the largest offering from the authority is expected to include 850 vacant flats which ware the part of earlier schemes.
The 850 flats includes flats for HIG, LIG and MIG and are located in areas like Narela, Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Kondli Gharoli, Loknayak Puram and Mukerjee Nagar. Delhi Development Authority Balvinder Kumar said that authority will be sending the file back with answers to the questions very shortly.
The scheme will offer most of the flats (up to 90%) for economically weaker section only and will be priced around Rs 12-14 Lakh. According to the officials, around 15000 of total flats will be ready by the end of July and next major chunk by December this year and finally about 1000 flats will be ready to move in march 2015.

Can I am eligible for dda housing scheme2014 because I am residing in maharashtra but I have no any property in delhi.some body told me that you must have bank account in delhi branch.but I am not a resident of delhi so how can I have account.I am very interested in this scheme I have also read the broucher.and I want to go with online after payement then what should I do.
You are eligible, you do not need to have an account in Delhi Branch. Go ahead and apply for the scheme.
