90% of Homes in DDA’s New Housing Scheme 2014 to be Priced at Rs. 12 Lakh

As Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to launch its new housing scheme in 2014, the authority will keep the prices of 90% of flats at Rs. 12 Lakh each, according to the Moneycontrol sources.

Delhi Development Authority is launching the new housing scheme in 2014 after a long wait of 4 years and is offering 27000 flats for all income groups including LIG, MIG and HIG. The 90% of the flats will be developed for the lower income group and the prices will be kept around Rs. 12 lakh each.

The homes being built in this scheme make use of the latest pre-fabricated technology with much better and superior quality of construction. These flats will offered in the areas of Narela, Dwarka, Rohini and Sultangarhi.

There will be 1,500 flats for the middle income group (MIG) priced between Rs. 30-80 Lakh while 1,375 HIG (High Income Group) flats will be priced at nearly Rs. 1 Crore.

The scheme is expected to be launched by the end of June 2014 or in the beginning of July. This will be the largest scheme ever in the history of DDA’s flat schemes.
