A Good news for those who have not filled the application forms for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 yet, Delhi Development Authority has extended the last date of the scheme to 15th October. Earlier the last date of the scheme was 9th October 2014 and requests were made to extend it be at least a week.
The applicants can now apply for the new housing scheme 2014 till 5:00 PM on 15th October. The draw date has also been extended to 5th November from earlier date of 29th October.
The applications for 25034 flats under the new scheme are being invited from 1st September 2014 through online and offline modes. The applicants who have not yet registered for the scheme can fill online application for DDA scheme through 13 empaneled banks.
Till today DDA has received about 3 Lakh applications including both online and offline and more than 18 lakh applications forms has been sold through the banks and directly from the Vikas Sadan. Many of the banks are offering the 100% finance for the registration amount of the DDA scheme.

I have seen your advise on various issues related to DDA application online and are very useful. I also have one issue.
I applied online on the HDFC bank website and made payment through Payumoney. after getting the receipt I found that one digit got missed in my account number mentioned in the application. as you advised to others that we have to contact DDA (after the DRAW) for correction and getting the refund. nut can you provide me the contact details (email ID & phone nos) of the concerned officer in DDA to whom we should write for correction. as the DDA helpline no given in the website is not going through from any network.

i have applied for DDA. i have filled application for my whole family.
but i could only process 3 application online and hence the rest had to be done offline.
i only had the option of NEFT or RTGS (As i am in other state) , but my local HDFC bankperson told me that NEFT cannot be done in the same banks. As the account of dda was in hdfc and so was mine. For this reason i had to do fund transfer. but i am confused that will it be accepted? or if not how will i be able to recover the funds.

My application no. is 0597080. I had submitted form on 1 Oct. 2014 through ICICI Bank IP extension New Delhi. Today, while I am checking my application Status onhttp://dda.org.in/HousingScheme2014/DDAScheme14.aspx I am getting “NO DATA FOUND”.I met to ICICI Bank official. There is one mistake to sending the data in icici database. i.e my name pnakaj kumar instead of pankaj kumar while i have filled the correct name PANKAJ KUMAR in the application. Bank official said there is no problem. DDA Uploaded the data according yours application.
Please advise if DDA is extracting information from hard copy of form or bank are sending data using any software application.

First transaction on line thru Axix Bank failed so i applied second time which was successful but after seven days i got application no. for first one too. I m contacting both bank and DDA for cancellation of one application but not getting proper help and they r asking me contact vice versa. Found no data, when i aproch bank they told me your application has been sent on same day, draft is also cleared ,but still I dint get fullproof answer,now what kind of detail i should ask bank to give & where to approch next?

One more question, please reply! When I was applying online HDFC, there was one mandatory field of Home Landline no. & second field was Mobile no. We dont have land line no. but when I entered same mobile number, it was not accepting then i given any unknown number just fill this field, but I given right mobile no. I applied online on the SBI bank website and made payment through Payumoney. after getting the receipt I found that Applicant name is displayed like”Pankaj Kumar Tripathi” instead of My name “Rajneesh Kumar Sharma”. My Application form number is 4524946
I don’t know who is Pankaj Kuamr Tripathi. Rest other all details are displayed correctly. Please help me how can it possible for applicant correction name.

I have filled correctly DDA form thru SBI and same is update on DDA but due to typing mistake my name is publish RAJESH SAXENA instead of RAJNESH SAXENA (N is missing in RAJNESH) and all other information like PAN no etc is correct so kindly suggest how to correct this problem and also suggest if this problem is not correct due to lack of time then my application is process or not.however name (RAJNESH) is also print on my PAN card which is print on DDA website.

I do not think that DDA wants to clear his policy. I read in news paper that we can make correction in application through the bank from where form has been filled. But when i contacted to HDFC B Block janakpuri,they were no aware at all.They do not have any information regarding correction process in dda form.
