DDA Flat Scheme 2014 – NCR Home Owners Can Not Apply

The new 2014 flat scheme which is about to be launched by Delhi Development Authority offering 27000 flats for HIG, MIG and LIG will have some different criteria for application.

According to the DDA sources, the people who already own a residential property in not just Delhi but anywhere in the NCR will note be eligible to apply for the new scheme. The decision was taken by the DDA officials in order to better utilize the scheme and provide houses to people who really need this.

The new DDA flat scheme which is comping up in the end of June or in the first week of July will offer 27000 flats in total out of which 90% i.e. 24000 flats will belong to just the Lower Income Group of the society and the prices of the LIG flats will be kept nearly 12-14 lakh.

The MIG and HIG flats will cost somewhere from Rupees 14 lakh to 1 Crore.

    I have read the DDA Housing Scheme 2014 Brochure. I could not find the details of floors. sizes of rooms, layout plan of the flats, with or without lift facilities, car parking available or not etc. Can you suggest me from where I can get these details.

    I have booked a flat in noida extension(greater noida west) last year. Am I eligible for this scheme or not? I cannot find anywhere that anyone having property in NCR is not eligible.

    here is the line from brochure : –

    the applicant must not own any dwelling unit(including residential plot)/ flat in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis in Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Contonment, either in his own name or in the name of his spouse.
