Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to deliver the affordable housing scheme flats in sector 22A by the end of March 2015. The authority will deliver 4,500 multi-storey flats under the scheme.
According to the authority officials, the 60 percent of the project work has been completed and it is expected that the possession will be given before the deadline. Yamuna expressway authority launched affordable housing scheme in December 2013 to cater the affordable housing needs.
The scheme site is located in Sector 22 along the expressway near Ballu Khera village in proximity to the Budha International Circuit.
The cost of ground floor flats in the scheme is about Rs. 6.5 Lakh while rest of the flats will be sold for about Rs. 6 Lakh under this housing scheme.
