Apply Online for YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme in Sector 22A

Yamuna Expressway Authority is inviting online applications for its new housing scheme in Sector 22A which it has named “Yamunotri Housing Scheme”. The authority has decided to invite the applications online to ease the whole process for the applicants. The applicants simply needs to go to the YEIDA official website and apply from there.

The authority is offering a total of 2862 1BHK (G+4) and 2BHK (G+7) units under the scheme with super area 525 square foot and 880 square foot respectively. The tentative basic selling price of the 1BHK unit is Rs. 15.49 Lakh while BSP for 2BHK unit is Rs 27.96 Lakh.

The registration amount is Rs. 1.50 Lakh and 2.80 Lakh respectively for 1BHK and 2BHK units which can be paid online through net-banking or through the bank branch (NEFT/RTGS).

The registration amount of the unsuccessful candidates will be refunded to the applicants within 6 months after the draw of the scheme, after which the authority will pay an interest amount at 4% for the entire period of deposit.

Procedure to apply online:

1. The applicant first need to go here https://www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/, read the scheme information.
2. Go to the bottom of the page and click “Online form and Payment Option” and you will be taken to a new page.
3. Click on the apply button and Sign Up for a new account if you do not have an account already.
4. After registration, you will receive an e-mail on your ID for activation.
5. After logging in, you can fill the form and save it for continuing later. There you have to select the payment method.
6. Pay the registration amount via Credi Card/Debit card or Net-Banking and you will receive the application number with 24-48 hours after the application.
7. In case of NEFT/RTGS, a challan will be generated with amount and account number where the amount has to be deposited. Take this challan to any of the mentioned Non ICICI bank and pay the registration amount. A reference code will be given to you and you will receive an application number within 2-3 days excluding Saturday and Sunday.
8. Your application is complete.

In case you want to apply offline, just download the auto numbered application form from the same link and submit it at the designate bank branches along with the form cost Rs 1100/- and the registration amount.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Indian citizen can apply for the scheme subject to the competency to contract and age.
• The applicant should not have allotted any plot/flat by YEIDA in earlier schemes.
• Only one of the Applicant, his/her spouse or dependent children can apply for the scheme, else the registrations will be cancelled and registration amount will be forfeited.

In case the applicant surrender the application before the draw, his entire registration fee will be returned without any interest however, if the applicant surrender the flat within 30 days after the allotment, 10% from the registration amount would be deducted. 50% of amount for cancellation between 30th to 45th day will be deducted.

If the applicant takes more than 45 days and less than 6 months for the surrender, 10% of the total premium of the flat would be deducted from the registration amount and rest will be refunded. In case of surrender after 6 months, the entire registration amount will be forfeited by the authority.
