After the registration closing of YEIDA Flat Scheme Sector-22A, The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority again invites applications for its new affordable housing scheme at sector-22. It is another housing scheme of YEIDA in the year 2015. The Scheme is launched under UP Housing Board Samajwadi Awas Yojna and the scheme code is “BHS-06/2015” under which approx 430 flats are on offer for all categories.
Under the scheme G+3 flats are available for registration and area of flat is about 29.76 square meter. The cost of flats at first floor is about Rs. 11.62 lakh while for second and third floor flats the cost is Rs. 10.49.

How to Apply: Application Form cum Brochure can be purchased from the following bank branches mentioned below by paying Rs. 550/-. The Application form will be available at the bank branches from 30 March 2015 till 30 April 2015. Application Form can also be downloaded from the official website of YEIDA at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com and the applicants who would download the application form from website will have to pay the cost of application form with registration fee through demand draft.
