After the announcement of affordable housing flats in Nandani & Gangotri Enclave in this month, Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad has announced a new scheme of semi-finished apartments in Kanpur under Hanspuram Yojna 2.
The scheme is categorized in three categories of Lower Income Group, Middle Income Group and High Income Group. The person who belongs to any of these categories can apply for the scheme. Total 58 flats will be offered out of which 11 flats for LIG, 28 flats for MIG and rest 19 flats are for HIG category.

Registration for the Hanspuram Yojna 2 will start from October 11 2014 and end on November 11 2014. The
applicants can buy the registration form from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Nobasta, Kanpur and submit the form in the same bank only.

Payment terms
The successful LIG applicants will have to pay 30% of the flat cost within 1 month after the allotment and rest in EMI’s in 12 years. The MIG and HIG applicants will have to pay 40% and 50% of the flat cost within one month after the allotment and rest amount in 10 years through monthly installments.
