UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojna Sultanpur Road Lucknow Flats Scheme December 2014

UPAVP (Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad) or Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board is once again inviting applications for allotment of flats in Avadh Vihar Yojna on Sultanpur Road in Lucknow. The board is inviting registrations for 576 1BHK flats in sector 5 on Sultanpur Road in Lucknow.

The board is offering 320 1BHK Type-A and 256 1BHK Super Type-B (G+3) SFS Flats under the scheme. The applications are invited from 15 December 2015 to 15 January 2015 through offline mode.

The estimated cost of Type-A flats is Rs. 9.40 Lakh to Rs. 10.70 Lakh while the cost of Type-B flats is Rs 12.50 to 14.10 Lakh with a super area of 37.34 square meter and 47.97 square meter respectively. The approximate built area of type-A and type-B flats is 33.69 square meter and 43.47 square meter respectively.

The application forms for the Avadh Vihar Scheme can be obtained at the cost of Rs. 300/- from the designate bank branches. The booking amount for type-A flats is Rs. 1.10 Lakh and 1.50 Lakh for type-B flats which has to be deposited along with the filled application form in the following bank branches.

• Aluminium wire-mesh and laminated window shutters.
• ISI mark Aluminium steel fitting in doors and windows.
• 500 liters PVC water tank for each flat.
• Provision for fire-resistant VVC copper wire.
