UPAVP Kailash Enclave Affordable Housing Scheme in Lucknow

UP Housing and Development Board (UPAVP) is inviting applications for registration of affordable flats in Kailash Enclave at Sector 18 under the Vrindavan Yojna 4.

The UP housing board is offering 1264 affordable flats in the Kailash Enclave in sector 18 Lucknow. Out of total 688 flats are 2BHK while rest 576 are 3BHK flats. The estimated cost of the 2BHK flat is Rs. 26 Lakh while the 3BHK flats will cost Rs. 30 Lakh which can be paid in 9 easy installments after paying the first two amounts, one at the time of registration and second withing the 30 days of allotment. Below are the complete details of the Kailash Enclave flats.

2BHK Flats will consists of one drawing/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet, 2 balcony and 1 kitchen while the plan is same for 3BHK flats except one extra bedroom.
