Bareilly Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme after launching Ramganga Nagar scheme few days back. The new housing scheme named as Lohia Greens is an affordable housing scheme launched under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government. The scheme is located on a proposed 45 meter road in Ramganga Nagar yojna.
The authority is offering two types of 447 multi-storey flats under the scheme named as Ganga and Yamuna Apartments. There are 321 2BHK Ganga apartments consisting of 2 bedroom, 2 toilet and one store with an estimated carpet area of 63.33 square meters. The Yamuna apartments has 126 2BHK flats consisting of 2 bedrooms, one toilet and 1WC with an estimated are of 51.80 square meters.
The scheme will start on 2nd February and the last date of registrations would be 28th February. The cost of flats in both Ganga and Yamuna apartments is different on each floor.
Booking amount and payment terms
Booking amount for Ganga Apartments: Rs. 2,40,000/-
Booking amount for Yamuna Apartments: Rs. 1,82,000/-
Successful candidates of Ganga apartments will have to pay Rs. 3,60,000/- after the allotment while in case of Yamuna apartments, the amount to be paid is Rs. 2,75,000/-.
The rest of the amount can be paid in 12 equal quarterly installments over a period of 3 years including interest.

How to apply?
The applications for the scheme are being invited through offline mode only and the application forms and brochure can be purchased from the following bank branches.
Bank of Baroda Branches: Rajendranagar, Izzatnagar, Suresh Sharma Nagar, Narkulaganj, Biharipur, Civil Lines, Punjabi Market and Purana Sehar
The cost of application form is Rs. 500/- including VAT.
Important dates
Start Date: 2 February 2015
Last Date: 28 February 2015
The construction of the flats is expected to be completed within 2 years after the allotment.
The scheme is located in close proximity to the railway station, satellite bus stand, sports stadium of Bareilly, university and medical college and Bareilly Bypass.
