Jaipur Development Authority is about to launch 2 new housing schemes and one farm house scheme in February 2014.

Out of the 3 new schemes, 2 will be the housing schemes on Phagi and Chaksu Road and a farm house scheme. The new hosing scheme at on Chaksu Road has been named as Udhay Vihar and Phagi Road scheme has been named Rohini Enclave. The name of the farm house scheme will be Rohini Greens.
According to the official sources JDA will develop and allot 3,275 residential plots jointly in both the schemes. The authority have proposed to develop 181 farm houses of around each covering 1 bigha of area.
The proposal will be tabled in project and works committee meeting scheduled on 26th of February.
Below are the tentative figures of the new housing schemes and the farm house scheme

The Jaipur Development Authority has also reserved 600 plots sized between 200-600 square meters for dairy purpose.
The JDA plan to launch farmhouse scheme following many private schemes which are developing farmhouses in this area.
Application forms for the recently approved Anand Vihar housing scheme new Ajmer Road to be made available soon. The Anand Vihar project was approved in the project works committee meeting recently where the JDA is proposed to build 1,510 plots in a total area of approximately 25 Bighas.
