Greater Noida & Yamuna Authority may Launch New Flat Scheme on 2nd October

Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Expressway Authority are all set to launch 2 new flat schemes on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October. The new scheme will enable the people have a home in NCR region at a cost much lower than in the private market, but still the applicants will have to pay more compared to the earlier scheme of Greater Noida Authority and YEIDA.

Yamuna Expressway authority will be offering a total of about 2500 flats with built up area ranging between 29 to 45 square meters. Greater Noida Authority will be offering about 1640 flats with a built up area of 29 square meters. The location of the scheme is not revealed by the authorities. The prices for the flats will be higher than that of in the earlier schemes of the authorities because of the double compensation amount paid to the farmers.

Both the authorities are still in process of finalizing the prices for the new flats. The prices of flats in new schemes are expected to be at least 15-20% higher compared to earlier scheme flats.

These are the first schemes the both the authorities being launched after the farmer’s compensations price hike. The authorities have paid about double of the amount these used to pay earlier.

Yamuna Authority is also planning to launch another scheme of residential plots in the beginning of New Year in which it is expected to offer about 21000 freehold residential plots ranging between 120 and 162 square meters.

    I am looking for flat/plot scheme in greater noida authority.I am watching for plot scheme since January 2014 but no information i got yet.Please let me know is plot scheme decalred and if not when it will be.Will it be decalred or not.

  2. The staff of Grater noida authority is so currupt. Withoug giving bribe no work. the CEO/GNOIDA is deaf & dump. I have made 100 complaint/requests but the payment intimation has not been corrected and demanded unaccounted money.

      This is really terrible, have you tried to complain against the official who demanded bribe?
