GMADA Purab Premium Apartments at Sector-88 SAS Nagar, Mohali: After a delay of six months, the Grater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) will hold the draw result for Purab Premium Apartments on 29 and 30 December 2015. The authority has published the list of applicants on the official website of GMADA which can be accessed by using the link below:

The list of applicants for GMADA Purab Premium Apartments is available on the website till 24 December 2015 for allottees to register objection, if any. The GMADA will hold the draw for 1BHK 2BHK and 3BHK flats under the scheme.

For the convenience of allottees, the authority has started a helpline number on which the applicants can enquiry about the draw.
After talking to a media person, the official of GMADA said that, the allottees have also been directed to clear their dues before the draw, failing which their draws will be withheld. GMADA has also decided to give interest to the allottees due to the delay in giving possession. The allottees were to get their flats in May this year, but due to technical reasons the process got delayed.
