Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has come up with its first scheme on “First Come First Serve” basis. GMADA invites applications for the allotment of apartments in GMADA Purab Premium Apartments-III at Sector-88, SAS Nagar Mohali. Under the scheme total 315 apartments are available for registrations on first come first serve basis. And it is first time when the authority has offering online allotment of apartments.
Under the scheme three types of apartments are being offered by the authority. The first type comprised 80 units having a super area of 1095 square feet and total 110 and 125 units of type-II and Type-III having a size of 1571 square feet and 2221 square feet respectively, available for registrations.

The registration for the scheme can be done through online mode of registration by using the official website of GAMDA. Registration for the scheme will starts from 3 November 2015 and till 10 November 2015 applicants can do registration for the scheme.
