Delhi Development Authority will hold a separate mini draw for the 700 EWS flats in its 2014 flat scheme which is going to launch in August 2014.
The much awaited scheme of DDA will offer a total of 26300 flats out of which 700 flats will be allotted to the people belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society. The authority will hold a separate draw for these allotment. The authority is working on setting up the eligibility criteria for the EWS flats. The candidates will be required to submit the copy of their original income proof to apply for the EWS flats.
However, anyone can apply for the 24000 one bedroom LIG flats without submitting their income proof to the authority. There will be approximately 1200 MIG flats with one or two bedroom and about 1000 3 bedroom flats for the higher income group.
Delhi Development Authority will hold a single mega draw for distributing flats to LIG, MIG and HIG category and another mini draw for the EWS category.
