DDA to Launch Housing Scheme on 1st September

Delhi Development Authority or DDA will launch a new housing scheme on 1st of next month. Addressing the media in New Delhi today, DDA Vice Chairman Balwinder Kumar said that more than 25000 flats are ready in Dwarka, Narela and Rohini and registration process will close on the 9th of October.

He said 33 to 48 square meter one BHK flats will cost 14 to 22 lakh rupees while Economically Weaker Sections whose income is below 1 lakh can purchase 25 to 40 square meter flats costing 6.9 lakh rupees to 11 Lakh.

He informed that forms and brochures will be available in select banks and registration cost has been reduced from 1 lakh 50 thousand rupees to 1 lakh. Draw will be held after 20 days of the closure date.
