Correct Mistakes in DDA 2014 Housing Scheme Application Forms

A very good news indeed for the applicants of Delhi Development Authority‘s housing scheme 2014. The authority has issued instructions for the applicants to rectify any incorrect details in their application forms. The applicants just need to contact the bank through which the form was submitted physically or online.

The authority has decided to initially give 2 (31st October and 1st November) days time to the applicants who did any typing or other mistakes in their application forms. However the change in the preference of flats locations would not be allowed. According to the DDA chairman, the draw of the scheme may be delayed but the applicants would be given sufficient time to rectify the mistakes in their application forms.

Also the status of the DDA application for all the applicants will be made available latest by 31st October. Banks have been given time till 30th October to upload all the applicant data to DDA website so that the status is available for all on or after 31st October. However according to DDA chairman, Banks are asking for some more time to upload the housing scheme data.

The draw of the scheme which was first expected to be held on 5th November has also been extended to 10th November. The applicants can watch the DDA draw live on Youtube on the draw date.

Many applicants were in the state of confusion about what to do in case the DDA website is showing status as “No Data Found” and mistakes in the application forms. But now both the problems have been addressed and all the applicants can check the status on or after 31st October and then can correct the mistakes, if any.

    I have applied through sbi website online. I found that the account number I had entered was missing last digit. I have tried all the contacts of bank SBI and DDA But i do not get any reply for correction. Now DDA is saying that Banks will correct. But how to reach? i have tried SBI contact person MK GUPta 9650409420 and 01124603540 but not reachable. I am not able to contact bank physically. Please suggest.

    • You can find another contact detail like e-mail ID to contact or you can wait for another day until the banks officially invite applicants for the correction

        I have filled DDA form online from ICICI Bank. I got mail till Stage 2 with my Provisional ID TMP2007899. I have made payment online successfully. But I am not sure I have received stage 3 mail with application id or i might have missed/deleted the same.
        Kindly help me to get my application number. If you can resend mail. It will be very Helpful.

        • The banks have been notified to correct the mistakes till 3rd October and applicants can request for change till 1 November evening.

I Have submitted 2 DDA application forms for myself and mywife at ICICI Bank from finance scheme but in both applications the data of location choice is same and for all the location while i have submitted different for all three location choice. What to do in this regard. whether any email id of icici or phone number to contact for dda as customer care does not respond for DDA applications.

    I have applied for purchase of flat under DDA Housing Scheme 2014 vide Application Form No. 1083388. While downloading the status of my application from the site of DDA I noticed that my category is wrongly typed as General while my actual category is SC. I have tried to correct the discrepancy at bank level where the application was submitted but I am told that all applications are already sent to the DDA.

    Please look into the matter personally and correct my categoy as Schedule Caste.

    i have checked the status of my DDA Form.
    There are certain typing errors in the fathers name and draft date is also wrongly typed while uploading.
    i want to contact icici bank for the corrections.What is the official id or phone no. for this correction procedure.?

  28. I had had fillee through axis bank finanace scheme on 17 sep.
    Till 29 oct it was showing not data found…
    but it got uploaded on 31 oct…
    and twist of the story was that I found that axis bank sent it on 9 oct (dd date written 9 oct)
    But my wife who applied in sbi on 27 sep got dd date 30
    Sep and it got updated on 1 oct
    So moral is that Axis bank had kept our form till last date and they send it after this date
    that is why this delay happened. …..

    so wait till tomorrow meanw 1 nov …

    • The banks have been given time to update the forms till 3rd November, you can check it little later

    • If your age is above 18 years as per the filled DOB in the form, your application will not be rejected

    I checked my application status n found that the draft date is not matching what I have in receiving slip of the same. THis thing I have discussed with my bank as well but the manager said that it’s not a big thing n might took place at the time if feeding the data. N they also said that it can not be corrected at bank as they have submit the forms to dda.
