CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra) will announce the lottery draw result of Swapnapurti Kharghar Scheme in the last week of November, according to the CIDCO sources. The date of the draw has not been finalized yet and will be announced at least one week before the draw.

CIDCO offered a total of 3154 flats in its Kharghar scheme in Sector 36 out of which 2450 are 1BHK flats for LIG category and rest 704 are 1BHK flats for the EWS category. Initially the draw was expected to be held on 10 November but the date has been extended due to some reasons.
The last date of the scheme was extended to 19th September from 5th after overwhelming response from the citizens. CIDCO received an overwhelming response from both EWS and LIG categories. The data of applicants has been uploaded by CIDCO on its official website www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in and can be viewed using the link below.
