CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited) is finally about to announce the lottery draw of its Swapnpurti housing scheme in Kharghar sector 36. The authority is offering 3154 flats for LIG and EWS categories in the scheme out of which 2450 are 1BHK flats for LIG and rest 704 for EWS.

The draw result of the Kharghar Swapnpurti scheme can be checked below after 11:00AM on 29th November. The applications for the scheme were invited from 1st August to 5th September but the last date was extended to 19th September after overwhelming response from the public. The cost of EWS flat is Rs. 15,78,300/- and LIG flat is Rs. 23,93,000/-.
CIDCO received a total of about 85 thousand applications for the scheme for both EWS and LIG categories. The draw of the scheme was first scheduled to be announced on 10th November but postponed due to some reasons. Checkout the lottery draw result of CIDCO Swapnpurti Kharghar housing scheme below. The results will be out by 11:00AM on 29th November.

I had done two applications for the LIG Housing Scheme of Rs 50,000/- each.
None were selected.
I had received the refund of Rs 50,000 for both the applications on December 20th, but one of the transactions was cancelled by TJSB Sahakari Bank.
Thereby only receiving refund for only one application.
That is, Rs 50,000/- was deposited and then withdrawn again the same day.
I have enquired with my HDFC Bank and they said it was done by TJSB Sahakari Bank and that the transaction was cancelled from there end.
Till date no further refund has been made.

I had selected in Swapnapurti scheeme. But when will we get the letter of allottment. I enquire in CIDCO office they told me that the letter will be send by the bank where we had submitted the application. I also visit to bank where I deposited the form, but they told that the letter will be send from CIDCO office only. They had only collected the forms and submitted to CIDCO office.
Now today I am again calling in CIDCO but there is all landline nos are not working. Please let me know when will we get the allotment letter.
