Ghaziabad Development Authority has finally rolled out the tool to check the application status of EWS/LIG flats scheme for which the authority is inviting applications from 1 November 2014 to 31st December 2014.
The status of the EWS scheme code 001, property code 410 and LIG scheme code 001, property code 310 can be checked online on GDA website using the link below.
Check status: . The applicants just need to enter their application number and select the scheme code to check the status.
The authority is offering a total of 1979 flats under the EWS/LIG scheme out of which 989 flats are for LIG and 990 flats are for EWS category.
The scheme is still running and more details about the scheme can be checked at https://www.masterplansindia.com/gda-launches-new-ewslig-housing-scheme-1979-multistorey-flats. The authority launched this scheme along with the Indirapuram housing scheme in which it is offering 370 multi-storey flats.
Registrations for both the scheme will end on 31st December 2014.

According to your prospectus draw of scheme code 002 must have been declared with in six months,but now it’s almost 8 month but still result awaited ,will you return our money with interest ? coz u have not declare result as per your deadline . now it’s your fault , why should we people in trouble ,so it’s my request to you declare the result within two days otherwise return everybody’s amount with interest.

till one year GDA and bank got all profit from customer deposits. scheme closed on 30-11-2014 and GDA cancelled scheme on 28-12-2015 so why GDA played with customer feeling and money even GDA did not paid and paying late interest to people..disgusting!!!
We need to raised voice and demand patently from GDA…

He told me that GDA has postponed this draw due to less amount of felts and returning back cheque to same amount of all applicant…
But till today we have not recd any cheque from your side.
Apart from this I also want to know the reason from GDA High authority or Mr. Akhilesh Yadav Ji (Honorable Chief Minister) Uttar Pradesh (SP) why they launch this scheme, If flat cost is cheep or any other reason behind that.
Sir, This is for your information that I’ve fill this form to take amount from bank on interest and bank is taking a good interest amount on application amount now you are refunding only application amount.
I wan’t to know who will give us interest amount of one year which has passed form your scheme schedule time of Six month.
So my humble request to you or your higher authority as well as Mr. CM Uttar Pradesh (SP) Please look into problem and arrange to return my scheme amount with interest.
