Bareilly Development Authority is once again inviting applications for allotment of flats in Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojna from the economically weaker section and lower income group of the society.
The authority is offering a total of 384 residential flats out of which 228 flats will be allotted to the economically weaker section (EWS) and rest 156 will be allotted to the people belonging to lower income group. All the flats being offered under the scheme are in 3 storey buildings in Sector 7 and Sector 1.
The registrations for the scheme has been started from 30 July 2015. The last date of registration for BDA Ramganga Nagar housing scheme is 20 August 2015. The applications are being invited through offline modes.
The application forms and the scheme brochure can be purchased from the designate bank branches at the cost of Rs. 230/- including VAT. The filled application forms can be submitted into the same bank branch along with the registration fee which lies between Rs. 43,000/- and Rs. 90,000/- based on the size and type of the flat. The successful applicants will have to pay some amount as the allotment fee and rest amount can be paid in 10 easy monthly installments along with the interest.
The authority also invited applications for allotment of 202 flats in Ramganga Nagar housing scheme in January-February 2015.
