Mandola Vihar Yojna 2015-16 at Sector-7 Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) inviting applications from the general public for the allotment of 1856 super deluxe multi-storey flats under Mandola Vihar Yojana at Delhi Saharanpur Road Sector-7 Ghaziabad.
This is the second time when the authority inviting applications for the allotment of flats in Mandola Vihar Yojna 2015. In UPAVP new flat scheme, units are available in super deluxe multi-storey building. The building comprises of 2BHK, 2BHK+study and 3BHK flats of which majority of 952 are 2BHK type followed by 2BHK+study and 3BHK. 2BHK flats are available in stilt+16 floors building while 3BHK are available in stilt+14 floors building.

How to Apply:
Applications for the allotment of flats has been started from 15 September 2015 and now interested applicants can apply for the scheme till 30 January 2016. Application form attached with brochure can be purchased from the respective bank branches of Punjab National Bank and Indian Overseas Bank. The list of bank branches is mentioned below. The cost of application form cum brochure is Rs. 500/- and duly filled application forms to be submitted in the respective bank branches along with the registration amount which 2% of total cost of flat.
Applicants can also apply online through the State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar, Lucknow bank branch.
